Lakefront lodge on the water with dock, deck, patio & foosball - 2 dogs OK!
You'll truly get away from it all at this four-bedroom Kokadjo retreat, a dog-friendly home on the shores of First Roach Pond with a dock on the lake, a shaded deck, a patio, and a foosball table to enjoy when you're not fishing, boating, skiing, or snowshoeing.
This lakefront lodge sits on the northern banks of First Roach Pond, eight miles northeast of Moosehead Lake. Launch your kayak from the dock at sunrise or strap on your snowshoes for a winter excursion. You can explore the beautiful Moosehead Lake at Lily Bay State Park (12 miles southwest), the slopes of Mt. Kineo (26 miles west), or the wilderness of Baxter State Park (40 miles northeast).
Begin each morning by browsing the free WiFi and scrambling eggs in the country kitchen. Grab a bathing suit from the washer/dryer for a summer day on the lake, light the gas grill at lunchtime for a barbecue on the deck, and spend the evening hours watching movies and playing foosball with your dogs curled up at your feet (a two-dog limit and a nightly fee apply).
Reserve your stay in Kokadjo today! A damage waiver, covering up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property or its contents, is included in the cost of your reservation.

This was an awesome place. Very clean had everything we needed. Right on the water. The only reasons I’m giving it four stars instead of five stars was because we didn’t have internet for half the time we were there and there was no fire pit but otherwise no complaints. We would definitely go again.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us, Debbie. We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay! We truly apologize for the inconvenience of the internet being out for part of your stay. The internet package has since been upgraded and is fully operational. We apologize for any confusion: this home is not advertised as having a fire pit. We look forward to welcoming you back again in the future!

We loved this secluded cabin in the woods it had everything you needed for a relaxing get away.
The pond is clear and great for swimming. I would recommend bringing water shoes as the bottom is very rocky.
Plenty of space for the whole family!

The cabin was beautiful and well equipped for lots of family fun! The location was quiet and serene and we got enjoy the beautiful lake and saw many moose, deer, etc.
The only reason I am rating it a 4 is because of the smell. The whole cabin smelled terribly of mothballs, so bad that it gave me a headache.

Myself and my extended family spent 7 days at the Serenity Lodge in July of 2019. Plenty of space, and the screened in porch was amazing. The bugs were a little tricky right around camp in the mornings and evenings, but the porch was fantastic! No complaints about the waterfront either. We sat out on the dock every day and just watched the loons and ducks swim past. You might see 1 or 2 boats a day, but small fishing type bots or maybe a pontoon boat. Very quite. The views are great and the water while chilly, was easy to access.
18 miles from Greenville, so close enough if you needed an ice cream cone, but not so close to want to go every day. We saw 7 moose in the time that we were there in and around the area. Deer, fox, eagles, loons and ducks. Not bad.
I would recommend visiting this camp!
