Everything you need is right here. Incredible views of the mountains, beautifully furnished and lots of space. We took our growing family of 10, 8 adults and two infants and we had plenty of room. A few problems did arise while we were there but the folks at Vacasa were very responsive and helpful.

Loved our stay at this house. Bedding was high end and plenty of blankets and pillows. Plenty of space to spread around and have privacy.
Hot tub was wonderful and clean. The only thing we didn't realize was that there is no "basic" cable provided. My husband enjoys watching the football bowl games on New Years Day and it would have been nice to be able to catch those on "regular" cable tv offerings. Other than that issue I would recommend this house.

Me and 5 other friends stayed here for 2 nights as a reunion and we had the time of our lives! Place is perfect for get togethers. All the bedrooms are perfect size was very clean. The hot tub was very fun! Perfect size just in my opinion there was too much chlorine. Would definitely stay again

This house was perfect for our two families. Total of 8 people, four of them young children. The house was stocked with enough toilet paper to get us through 4 days, and there was dish soap, laundry detergent, etc. Even shampoo/soap in the bathrooms. We didn't go to Sunday River but it is very close. Would definitely return to this house.

Like many, we've been working from home for 8 months. Why not work from a beautiful mountain home? A wonderful place to spend a fall week. Don't miss out on the awesome local grocery stores, coffee shop, and restaurants (there weren't many open during our stay, but those that were open were great). Hope to return.

Absolutely incredible stay. House is perfect in every way. Views are spectacular. Faces East so morning light is perfect. Easy 10 minute drive to resort or golf course. Very secluded and quiet.
Had a minor issue with a wasps nest when we first got there but called and they sent out a maintenance worker within 10 minutes. We were extremely impressed.
Would suggest bringing toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap. House had some basics but not enough for a 12 person party as we expected.

This house was a perfect place to host me and my cousins for our kid-free vacation weekend! It was big enough that the 12 of us never felt on top of each other and had plenty of privacy - but also homey enough that we all felt together and had room to spend time as a group! It was just a beautiful home - inside and out. As the cook in the group - the kitchen is GREAT.
A couple suggestions:
We stayed in the summer and got lucky that is was a rainy weekend - any hotter than it was and we would’ve been uncomfortable as there is no AC in the house. They provide window fans, but definitely bring your own fans if you run hot or plan to be there on a hot weekend. Bring your own toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, etc. The house does provide these things - but only one extra roll of TP in every bathroom. As a group of twelve - we ran out by the end of the second day!
Other than those minor inconveniences, we had the best stay here - enjoying the beautiful view and surrounding sights and attractions for a great family weekend!

We came with a group of 10 for a ski trip, 8 adults and 3 kids. We had an amazing time. The house looks exactly as the pictures and was approx 10 mins away from the Sunday River resort. We had plenty of room and everyone had a great time. The only complaint I had was trying to get into the house using the entry code. It was night time and the code that was sent didn’t work. Luckily, a call to vacasa was painless and they were able to give the code for the secondary lockbox. We all cannot wait to come back.

This vacation home is a very cozy, guest-friendly space that provides all the comforts of home with more than enough room for the advertised guest count. The home is very close to Sunday River (~10 minutes) with beautiful, sweeping views of the surrounding mountains at sunrise.
The renters were generous with the towels and toiletries, which was appreciated after long days in the mountains and some relaxation time in the hot tub. The fireplaces worked without a hitch, and the kitchens were fully functional and stocked. The mud room with washer dryer was surprisingly and notably the most useful room for us after long days in the mountains.

This house is not only gorgeous top to bottom, it was SPOTLESS. Kudos to the cleaning crew. Roomy, comfortable, absolutely incredible views. Backup generator in case you lose power (wind storm knocked out power for hundreds in the area, but we kept going strong!). Great location to Sunday River and Bethel. Cannot recommend this property enough.
