Everything was great. We loved the house, the pool, the basketball court, the AC, the green grass. We had a great week.

This home is set in a beautiful apple orchard. The hill falls away and you can see three lakes and the hillsides all around. The pool with the diving board was so much fun for the family. We were able to walk to the Blueberry Cafe for breakfast. I had no idea it was rated as one of Washington State's top restaurants and the food did not disappoint. The inside of the home could use some TLC and more seating. We brought some canvas folding chairs for use on the patio during the day and for inside during the evening. I'd recommend that anyone else staying here do the same (unless the owner adds more seating indoor and out). I needed some cookie sheets and the management team brought them over that very day. There was lots of space for the 12 of us to spread out and also to gather together. Thanks to the owner.
Manager response:
Hello Janice, we are so pleased you enjoyed your stay and look forward to hosting you again in the future!

Views were awesome but house conditions are not good . Master bedroom bathroom was not working. Many pool side chairs were broken. No response when we messaged our concern on the app.
Manager response:
Hi, Gyan! Thank you for letting us know about your visit. We apologize if we missed any communication from you. The light bulbs have all been replaced. The broken chairs have been removed and new ones ordered. The master bathroom worked perfectly upon inspection. We hope to see you again!

I love this house..beautiful & clean. The only downside to our trip was the hot tub didn't get warmer than 86 degrees. & a few little broken things like the shower knob in the mater bath.
Manager response:
We are so glad you stayed with us, Darcy. We appreciate your feedback and apologize for the disappointments. The hot tub is maintained weekly and working well according to the tech. We will be replacing the shower knob in the near future to one that is easier to use. Please do not hesitate to reach out!

Loved the house and the view! Well worth it for that alone. The house was huge and the hot tub was nice. Would have loved to use the pool but it was really dirty and the hosts never messaged me back about using it after a few attempts.

The house could have used some extra blankets because it got cold at night and one of the windows in the kitchen wouldn’t close so the house got really cold.

Overall, great house and experience but we couldn’t get the hosts to message us back and the house just got cold. I would recommend!
Manager response:
Hi Andrew, thank you for your feedback. We apologize that our services didn't meet your expectations. Ensuring each guest has a pleasant experience is important to us. We hope we have the opportunity to impress you in the future.

This home has the most incredible and stunning views. Having coffee overlooking the vineyards, lakes, and hills was definitely a highlight. There were just a few of us but there is plenty of space for large groups although the downstairs and a few other areas of the home could use some updates. Beds were comfortable and home was clean. We had an issue with the washer and Vacasa was very responsive. I believe because the home is surrounded by so many apple trees there was an issue with there being a lot of flies. Overall we had a great time and appreciated the Vacasa team’s attentiveness.

Had a fantastic stay at this house with 2 families and 5 kids under 10. The view and pool is unbeatable - really was like living in paradise for a week.

However, the house, while functional, really needs some basic fixes given what we were charged ($1K+ day). I sent the below feedback to Vacasa on my 2nd day there, with no response (except an offer to pick up the broken foosball table), so am posting again:
* Games in basement are broken. The foosball table had broken legs and was propped up on them, so it fell over as soon as a child touched it. The air hockey tables electrical cord was ripped off so it didn't work either.
* Kitchen needs some love. The stove knobs are broken, incomplete pots/knifes/kitchen set, coffee maker required a complete flush out (and had dirty grounds in it when we arrived), over mitts gross, and in general is very understocked. The pots that are there are really old/beaten
* Bunch of basics not taken care of - light bulbs out, an entire broken glass in the garage, multiple TV remotes had dead batteries (or missing batteries), hanging electrical wires on exterior of house, food/particles/etc in pantry
* The "school shed" in the pictures is locked and not accessible.
* The garage code doesn't work
* No pool towels, dish soap, garbage bags, upon arrival (UPDATE - we did get a garbage bag left on our door of towels, 3 garbage bags, and dish soap pods once we sent this note)
* Finally, given COVID, would have been nice to get a heads up when people were coming the house for pool maintenance (which happened 3x in a week)

Again - this place is paradise, just disappointed in the above. If there's a response to this review with the standard "thanks for your feedback, we've upgraded X/Y/Z, and changed cleaning person", I'd encourage everyone to stay here and would do so again myself.

Sorry

Side note to Vacasa - the fact that clicking on "3 stars" guides you to give internal feedback but clicking "5 stars" guides you to give public feedback is a trust buster
Manager response:
Thank you for your review, Joshua! We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and apologize for any disappointments you encountered. We have purchased a brand new stove, and the foosball table has been removed as an amenity from the home. We are not currently supplying pool towels since the pool is closed due to COVID-19. We are sorry housekeeping missed stocking a few things for your stay and appreciate you letting us know so we could bring those items by. The property manager is reviewing your other concerns so we can ensure everything addressed. Please note we provide all guests with the opportunity to provide public feedback regardless of the rating they provide. We hope to see you again!

This house is great for a large group. It has an awesome panoramic view of the mountains and a view of Dry Lake with the orchards surrounding the house. The house needs some care and attention throughout which is the reason for the 3 stars. Bring your own toiletries and beach towels. Also very minimal amount of dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper and other house products are provided.
Manager response:
Hi, Grace! We appreciate your feedback and will be sure to check the home for any cleanliness or maintenance issues. Thank you!
Randy R. Jul 2020
The house was great, had great views from the pool deck, the house is very spacious and very clean with lots of room for our family. I would have gave it 5 stars but the hot tub wasn't working the whole time we were there and the response from the host when asking questions was nonexistent.
Manager response:
Hi, Randy! We are sorry to read you were struggling with the hot tub. We inspected it after your stay and found the hot tub working well. Thank you!
Jason E. Jul 2020
Our group was 10 adults and 5 kids, stayed Friday to Tuesday
The view, pool, privacy is 5 stars!!
The 2 stars is lack of cleanliness, wear/tear, communication, follow through, resolution.

Pros:
Felt very secluded
View is beautiful
Spacious home, tons of space for everyone
Walking distance to Blueberry Hills
Pool was heated, hot tub worked fine after we figured out on our own how to adjust the temperature via U-tube
Pool/hot tub maintenance on Monday-
2 areas of grass for kids to play, basketball hoop in front of the house
plenty of parking space

Cons:
Day of arrival, we arrived at 3:45pm, house keepers still there, waited until 4:05pm and asked how much longer they would be-she said " Oh, I'm done now"
Some carpet areas were not vacuumed or very poorly vacuumed. Food, crumbs, etc still under tables, and carpets. You could tell it wasn't vacuumed because no lines were present.
Couple of the bedroom's bedding was damp.
Several areas on the carpet were heavily stained, game room couch stain- did not look like food or beverage stain.
Unstable chair in dinning room, and end tables
Broken window knobs, screens, stove top knob, challenges with the oven/stove burners, no oven mits
Downstairs bedroom with 2 queen beds, one very squeaky.
Basement floor AC is extremely cold, we had to turn off the AC at night so the guests downstairs didn't freeze.
**Our biggest disappointment was the amount of beetles that infested the basement floor, bedroom, bathroom and stair case. Some beetles were found on the main floor living room and master bedroom. We vacuumed right away when noticed them on carper moving, on the wall, ceilings, taking at least an hour or more, ( that's how we knew the housekeepers did not vacuum, as soon as you do you can see the vacuum lines) then within 30 minutes to an hour you see them again. The 1st day and 2nd over 200 beetles. We called Vacasa on day 1 within the hour we arrived, they sent someone out, he was very nice and agreed this infestation was not normal. The gentleman offered to get us Raid spray. We sprayed all along the baseboards on basement floor and tried to keep the kids out of there. Then even more beetles were making their way out. We are aware as guests that the property is on Apple Orchard but this was not acceptable with amount per night we were paying. He promised a call the next day since exterminators are closed that late in the day, 2nd day no call, We called again mid day, was promised another call, and We never received a call during the remainder of our stay. We had to vacuum every day at least several times a day to try to maintain some control of the beetles. This definitely changed our vacation. We have made suggestions and hoping they will take them seriously.
Manager response:
We appreciate your feedback, Jason, and apologize for any disappointments you experienced during your Vacasa experience. The home has had a carpet clean, and we have addressed the cleaning issues. There is a brand new stove. Monthly pest control has been set-up for the home during the summer season. Thank you!

What can i say.. the view is simply breath taking.. the home itself though needs some love and attention..

It's in good conditon, but there are many things that need to be fixed or looked at..

Overall i'm happy that we got to spend some time there and enjoy the view and the swimming pool..

Home was more than imagined. Located on a quiet street in a quiet town around Lake Chelan. My family and I had plenty of space and felt like the house exceeded our expectations. Would book again in the future!
Darcy E. Dec 2019
We had a great time! The house is beautiful and very spacious for a large group. The kids all had fun in the game room and the adults had a great time enjoying the hot tub. All in all this spot had something for everyone!!
Mark P. Sep 2019
For our group of 7 adults it was very comfortable and there was ample space to stretch out and enjoy the views. While not on Lake Chelan, it was right above 2 smaller lakes, and we enjoyed the more remote location. I would rent this again.
Chabella M. Sep 2019
We loved the place. It was perfect for our group of 14. We will try to return again. FYI : there is no pool towels and the house has bear minimum in the essentials so bring your own stuff
Claude A. Jun 2019
The house was clean, spacious, with room for all. But, of course, the best feature is the view! The location is also very convenient to Manson with a short drive to Chelan.
Emily M. May 2019
We came here for a girls trip and would definitely come back given the opportunity. It is a beautiful home in a gorgeous, scenic area. It’s secluded but not too far from town. The house gave plenty of space for the 12 of us to spread out, as well as gather together.
Geneva K. Feb 2019
Good place. If you have a big group and plan to cook bring your own pans. They didn't have anything big enough to cook for 8 people if you had 14 idk what you would do. Bring your own board games. And bring ice.
Venkata Ratnakumar M. Nov 2018
The mountain view is unreal, Very comfortable and well maintained Bed rooms and bath rooms. All the amenities are working as mentioned.

We would like to visit this place again in Summer to have the feel of the awesome view from the Swimming pool.
Girish P. Nov 2018
Very well maintained property with lots of amenities. We were 4 families and everyone enjoyed the stay there.
