Terrible. Heat didn’t work. Was not ski in. Vacasa was the WORST at responding
Hello Lou, this property is ski in/out but snows do melt and we have no way of allowing for this in our information. We apologize but we do try to have the most information available , for the unit.

The condo was very nice. Had a little trouble with the oven and one of the hairdryers but after one call they had someone on it immediately. Thanks for everything

Having made multiple trips to Big Sky over the past few years, we were eager to return to the Saddle Ridge area. The views and the access to the mountain are incomparable. The unit was pretty typical for Saddle Ridge condos: well-equipped but not modern since they are 10+ years old. As mentioned by an earlier reviewed, also not a fan of the internet only TV. I haven't mastered those at home and watching the CFP championship game in someone else's unit wasn't my plan. Not just for TV issues but for other guidance, I recommend the property managers and/or owner put in a guidebook or binder in the unit with instructions, tips and such. Having stayed in many VRBOs over the years which have them, that would be helpful. Luckily I had stayed in similar units before, but would have been challenging if I was a "rookie." Any way to rearrange the hot tub lid? When the cover is off, the wonderful view of Andesite mountain is partially blocked (see the index/cover picture). Since this was a Covid year visit, many meals (no restaurant or bar trips) were prepared in the kitchen. Very adequate supply of pots, pans and utensils. Many condiments were available in the cabinet which was great. A spice rack would round off the kitchen amenities nicely. All in all a great trip made even better by wonderful accommodations.
Hello Reagan, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are happy to hear you enjoyed your stay! We have provided your valuable feedback to our local manager to look into further. We look forward to hosting you again!

The house was well stocked with everything we needed for our week long stay at Big Sky. The views are breathtaking during day and at night. We enjoyed the BBQ grill and the hot tub. The kitchen was also well stocked with everything we needed. We would love to stay here again.

Our group (2 couples) really enjoyed this comfortable townhouse for our first trip to Big Sky. The set up is perfect for families or groups and the ski on/off was ideal. It’s a 10-13 mins drive to the “village” area at the resort if you want to go out in the evening. We didn’t have a chance to use the hot tub but that’s an added bonus!

This condo is spacious and well suited for guests staying for a while. The management company was also very helpful. I would definitely come back.

This condo is a perfect ski house for a group of 4-6! Spacious and comfortable kitchen and living area. The kitchen is well stocked too. Lovely hot tub with an amazing view!
Perfect location for ski in and ski out. There is immediate ski out access to Pony Express or a short walk to ski to the Iron Horse lift. Skiing back in requires a short walk to get back to the unit.
