Nice place, comfortable beds, wide open. Needs more standard kitchen equipment to accommodate larger groups.

The house was in a great location. Well stocked with kitchen items and comfortable beds. Our family of 13 could relax without being in each other’s way.
Greer’s on the mainland is a nice grocery and more of a selection than the Ship and Shore. And closer than the Wal-Mart in Mobile.
Concerns - painting supplies in 3 closets was a concern with little ones. Soft spot in the floor by the French doors, glass ‘pretties’ on all flat surfaces. And the driveway! Stay in the center and be careful when turning around. We got stuck in the sand more than once. The guestbook in the coffee table has pointers but we didn’t find it till the last day. (It needs some blank pages for new notes) Cleaning - it’s a busy season but the house could use a good once over in the corners and under the couches.

House looked very good. We had looked a buying that house in 2010 before we perchased island escape. I was very impressed how the owner had remodel.
