THINGS TO KNOW

• Beginning on September 6th, 2023, the Sterling Breeze Homeowners Association will be starting a major elevator replacement project. During this time, there will only be one elevator operating on the property. There will be longer than usual waiting times during high occupancy.
• Complimentary beach service of two chairs and an umbrella is provided from March through October.
• Guests must pay a one-time registration fee of $50 to obtain a parking pass and collect their wristbands. One additional parking space may be purchased for an additional $50.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
