A damage waiver, covering up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property or its contents, is included in the cost of your reservation. This rental is located on floor 5.
Parking Notes: Parking spaces are not dedicated and the Parking Garage is located across the street from the building. There is a sky-bridge on level 3 that will take you across the street to the main building. There is a concierge desk run by the building's HOA in the sky bridge where you can purchase your parking pass for $30 each (max of 2 per unit). You will also receive wristbands that will give you access to onsite amenities with your parking pass. Please keep in mind the parking Garage max vehicle height is 7’ and there is no guaranteed onsite parking for oversized vehicles. There is no outside parking nor additional parking besides in the garage. No Scooters, Golf Carts, Rentable Mini Vehicles, Boats or Trailers allowed on the property.
Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

Great big condo for the 8 of us. AC worked good. There was only one elevator for the entire place. Apparently this has been an issue for many months from what I heard. Also the condo has a pest control issue. There was ants in the kitchen, master bedroom, and master bathroom. Also there was a cockroach on the wall in one of the bedrooms on our last night. I let the management know about the pest control problem.

Everything was great facility does need a ramp without stairs for beach access. And condo could use some new flooring in place of carpet. But everything else was great in a great location

This is a lovely condo, well furnished & clean. The only drawbacks are the long elevator waits and the minimal (2) dishwashing pods provided.

To clarify, we provide our guests with a starter kit of supplies. This includes cleaning supplies, toiletries, and paper products. Once these supplies run out it is the responsibility of our guests to provide any additional supplies throughout the remainder of their stay. Supplies are restocked before each guest. This condo was very comfortable for our family of 9 (4 adults, 4 teens, and a five year old). It was clean and the floor plan worked well. Having the small refrigerator in the back suite worked great for extra drinks plus three bathrooms and the washer & dryer were a life saver. We really liked that it was on the west end of the building. Mornings and evenings were great on the balcony and our folks who fear heights were comfortable at this 5th floor level. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking breakfast and several dinners. The pool and beach area were nice and the location was great for walking access to the Russell-Fields Pier, Pier Park, Dusty’s Oyster Bar and Marco’s pizza. Our only recommendation would be a floor mat at the front door to wipe sand off shoes and feet before coming inside. Thanks for sharing your vacation home with us.

I love Sterling Breeze and stay here every time I go to PCB. There were a few maintenance issues like a sewer smell when we first got there and a leak under the kitchen faucet, but both of these were immediately addressed. The ladies at reception were super nice and the maintenance guy was happy to help any time you needed him.
The unit was nicely furnished. Comfortable beds. For once, we had an ice maker that did a great job. Overall pleasant experience.
