Sterling Breeze 902 - Panama City Beach, FL

2nd time staying in this condo and noticed a few minor details/problem that wasnt there on the first stay. First off there was a orange wet stain in the middle of the master bed. It soaked through 3 layers. I believe it was some type of cleaning spray. There was a little odor as we walked into the condo and to be honest the cleaning person is just not as good as when we stayed in 2021. Vacasa addressed the problem quickly and to me that's a major plus. When you travel as much as we do you expect mistakes at times and when the company addresses the problem as quickly as Vacasa did it...that is all you can ask from the company renting out the condo.

Also the number of towels did not meet the number of guest. In 2001 there were a couple towels (16 total)for each guest (8) and this time only a total of 6 towels. Not even one each for 8 guest. I never addressed this with Vacasa because I did not notice till after I was contacted about the wet stains on the bed. Didnt want to seem like a complainer. It was easier to just go to walmart and spend $24 on 6 towels.

Other than those minor problems everything else was great and we will be staying at this condo for a 3rd time, in Aug. if its available or May of 2023.

Everything I had to say in my other review on Sterling Breeze 902 is still the same. I put more value for a company that acts quickly to fix a problem....over the problem itself.

9th floor is prefect height to see marine life in the ocean and still low enough to not feel like your up in the sky. I really wanted to give this a 5 star rating because Vacasa is quick to correct problems but the fact there were problem that was there the last time we stayed... had to lower the rating. Hopefully they address the towels and cleaning staff before our next stay at Sterling Breeze 902.

Stayed in 902 for a week and it was fabulous. Overall, property is great. Pool, hot tub, beach, views, and walking distance to Pier Park…what more can you ask for. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Property staff was also very friendly and helpful. Had a great time!

The unit was clean and had a great supply of pots and pans, dishes etc. all looked like new. we spent a month of Oct and enjoyed the unit. If it needed anything in my opinion it would be a chair in the living room. Great unit

Loved being right on the beach.

Even though we did a short trip. The condo was not far from Pier Park. It was clean and perfect views.

The condo was clean and its really a 3 bedroom because most condos will count the bunkroom as a bedroom. Had 8 people (4 were kids 8 up) and plenty of room. We always stay on the 9th to 11th floor because you get a great view of the sea creatures.

Kitchen was stocked with enough items (pots/pans) to cook with. The only think missing were cleaning supplies...dust pan, 409 or something to clean with. No big deal Walmart is 3/4 mile away. But other condos we stayed at had those things. The grill works great and being electric, you still got that grilled taste.

First time going through Vacasa and it couldn't be any easier. There's a office in the lobby, if there's any problems...we had none. Going back to PC Beach in Aug. and Vacasa will be our first choice. Never again will we go through Vrbo, unless we cant fond a condo that fits our needs, through Vacasa.

The only thing I can really complain about with Sterling Breeze is the $30 a car parking fee, the luggage carts and the elevator(s). Those are small things but still the very first thing you run into when you arrive. The elevator(s) went out a few times while we were there. One or both but they were running again with in an hour.

Overall this condo is exactly as it shows in the pictures and Vacasa was very easy to rent from. To me, that's all you can ask for on the business side. Been going to PC Beach since 1981 and if you cant have a great time. Even in less than ideal weather...something is wrong!

We enjoyed staying here. The condo was clean and very comfortable.

We stayed in #902 for 5 weeks this winter and were very satisfied. This unit was very clean and had comfortable furniture and beds. The kitchen was well stocked and up to date. There were 4 chairs and a round table on the balcony for eating outside, but a couple of high swivel chairs would have been great. The view from the balcony is excellent overlooking the pool and of course the beautiful Gulf. We would definitely recommend this unit to others, and the people at Vacasa were great to work with during our stay.

We are staying here for 5 weeks and so far are very pleased with the unit, as well as, the Sterling Breeze facility. The staff has been absolutely fantastic to work with...especially Allie!! We have already reserved a unit for next year as well.

My family had a wonderful vacation! We will be returning in the future!

Great trip, Unit 902 is a great unit, fantastic ocean view, kitchen was well equipped, very relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend this unit.

Room was great, need more elevators, not a fan of token for buggy and paying for cart, maybe just sign for them to keep track of where they are.
