This was a fantastic place for our stay with four adult children, one with his wife. We were super thankful for the generous quantity of pool towels. The laundry machines were very nice and we were so thankful for the pods provided. The kitchen had everything we needed for the meals we made. The A/C worked great and kept us very cool on very hot Moab days. The reason we chose the unit was the comfy seating for seven in the living room. Pleasantly surprised by seating for eight on the patio. Highly recommend this unit. No complaints at all!

Our stay was fantastic! The unit was beautiful and clean. It also provided a lot of essentials that I was not expecting (some toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent tablets,etc). We really felt they went above and beyond. I would recommend this unit to anyone staying In Moab and looking for a great place, central to all of the activity! Thank you for a great trip!

Wonderful set up for 4 couples enjoying a family reunion. The kitchen was great for cooking for a crowd. The patio was perfect for cocktail hour after a refreshing dip in the pool.
With 3 bathrooms, there was no waiting. We had a great time!

4 nice bedrooms and 3 nice baths. Enough paper towels, dishwashing, garbage bag, and laundry supplies that we didn’t need to buy any. Pool was good. Very well located in Moab. You could even walk to some of the restaurants and stores if you wanted.

The house itself was excellent. Easy to get to, great location. However, we had 3 major issies with the house, that I don't expect from Vacasa at this price point.
1. The bedsheets had hair on them from the previous occupants, and one of the beds even had insects on it. The last thing u want to do when u check in late in the eve ing is to run a load of laundry of all the bedsheets, which is what we were forced to do.
2. Other than the toilet paper on the holder, there wasnt any extra toilet rolls to be found in the house. We had to go buy our own.
3. Why o why would u provide cheap bar soap, that has to be used by multiple people? Wouldn't it be easier to just provide body wash? More hygenic.
Could these have been solved by a call to Vacasa? Sure.. except I was on hold for 20 mins. Again, not what I want to do on vacation.

Please note, each sink in our home has an all-natural Mrs. Meyers hand soap pump. Additionally, one individual-sized bar soap, shampoo, and conditioner are left in the restroom, for each registered guest. Also, one additional roll of toilet paper is left underneath each restroom sink. It is strongly recommended that guests who join us for longer stays bring additional amenities with them.

New spacious 4 bedroom town home with nice finishes and decoration throughout. Super clean. The 2 car attached garage was awesome for loading and unloading car and storing bikes etc. The large private south facing fenced in patio with patio furniture and BBQ was a huge bonus. Patio had nice views and great sun. Very short walk to pool/hot tub area, but the separation and fence created really nice privacy.

Well located, right in Moab, spacious and clean townhouse. It was great to have 3 full baths, with modern layout and fixtures. Didn’t use the grill on the patio, but it looked great. We would stay here again without hesitation. Furthermore, if we could transport this townhouse to other travel destinations we would stay in it again and again.

Condos are new and nice. Pool was close and great for kiddos. Condo had everything we needed and was very clean. Lots of pool towels, dishes, etc. Our only issue is the ant problem in the kitchen.........there were ant traps everywhere, but maybe there is a more effective way? Saw several roaches - dead thank goodness - so the exterminator had obviously been there. Maybe Utah just has bugs and it is what it is. But would definitely recommend it!
