Great location! You can walk right onto the slopes and leave your skis at bottom....word to the wise....when facing the cabin from the parking lot there are stairs to get to slopes on your right. I slipped on a rock on a path before realized this and fractured my wrist. (The local hospital is close, but is very poorly staffed.) After reading the other reviews I do feel compeled to add additional comments. There were prior complaints of cleanliness, lighting, and minor repairs-all of which remain true several months later. We had to buy kitchen utensils and the make shift curtain rod fell on my head as well . The mattresses could all be upgraded, particularly the one in the master (it saggs toward the middle). The rugs could also be replaced and appeared to have not been vacuumed. The air vents were disgusting and all the filters needed to be changed. We all woke with stuffy and bloody noses because of this. We accidentally left our son's chromebook and it was not returned to us. The cleaning staff reported that they did not find it but we are positive that it was left there and we even described where it was so they could return it. Vacasa offered to look for it for a $25 fee...(seriously?) We loved the storage for coats/skis, etc. There were plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. Overall the property is fine but the service was a disappointment.

we loved everything. plenty of space. layout was great for a family of 8. The views were unbelieveable. The sky lift was a added bonus. Will definitely stay here again and will receommend family to stay here.

We booked Unit 12 of Bee Branch through Vacasa for February 17-February 21. We were extremely disappointed, but I will start with the positives: GREAT LOCATION and GREAT VIEWS. Unfortunately, the negatives far outweigh the positives for us. CLEANLINESS: Upon arrival, I instantly noticed that it smelled somewhat clean, but more of an artificial smell of clean, like air freshener, not actual cleaner. The couches were pretty gross, and the throw pillows were dirty. My feet were sticking to the kitchen floor - the floor was NOT clean, at all. I would not allow my children to walk around barefoot because of this. The remote controls were not clean, they were actually somewhat sticky as well (which is pretty gross). There was a bug catcher of some sort on the kitchen counter. There was a dead stink bug on the living room coffee table. There were several Goldfish crackers on the floor in the upstairs loft area. The upstairs shower was obviously not clean, as there was a USED BAR OF SOAP WITH HAIR ON IT (GROSS), and half-used bottles of shampoo and conditioner. The supposed clean sheets for the upstairs beds were simply rolled up and placed on the upper bunks, for me to have to make myself, and the covers and decorative pillows for these beds were old, dingy, dirty, and quite frankly, disgusting. I would not let the kids touch them. The master bedroom bedding was also dingy and the shams were dirty. I did not want to touch them. The master bedroom shower had chunks of mold/mildew on the tub base. The tile surround was covered in soap scum and appeared to never have been cleaned. The toothbrush holder appeared as if it was never even wiped down. The nightstands in the master bedroom were FULL of dust, so again, I assume the remote controls were never wiped down. The "premium" Vacasa extensive cleaning that is supposed to follow CDC guidelines due to Covid was extremely disappointing. I have stayed at much cleaner places PRE Covid. This was completely unacceptable. FUNCTION: The lighting in the kitchen was subpar. The under microwave lights did not work - thankfully we had a lantern so we used that for cooking so we could see what we were doing. One of the lights above the sink was out, which didn't help the lighting situation. There was a shortage of kitchen utensils and other standard kitchen needs, specifically bowls, so we had to go purchase bowls and utensils. However, we did find some dishes in the dishwasher, only to realize they were still dirty. I assume the cleaner never bothered to look in the dishwasher to empty it? Which I assume is their responsibility since we are responsible for loading it and turning it on before we leave? Come to find out, the dishwasher doesn't actually work, but we turned it on before we left anyway. The pans were in very poor shape - broken handles, Teflon flaking off everywhere, etc. Just not ideal. The curtain rod in the kitchen was broken. We found this out by one of them falling on my head when trying to close the curtain (I believe it is being held together by some sort of athletic tape? And there is no end on the rod.). The master bathroom sink does not drain, at all, and the toilet paper holder was broken and placed on the bathroom countertop (no big deal, just mentioning). The master bathroom shower curtain hooks are either broken or no one has bothered to close them. The master bedroom footboard pegs/rods were broken off. There was not a single TV in the home (with the exception of the living room) that was functional. There were several remote controls with each TV, as well as Spectrum Guides, but no cable boxes? There was even an Apple TV remote in the master bedroom, but no Apple TV? Very confusing and misleading. The TV in the upstairs loft area was actually smashed/screen was cracked internally. We realized this after hooking up the Roku TV that I thankfully brought from home. The upstairs bathroom shower door does not close. The washing machine lid was broken/bent, but still functional, thankfully. However, the dryer smelled like something was burning every time we used it, and we cleaned out the lint catcher before each use. There is a smoke detector between the kitchen and living room that is disassembled. I have never left a negative review for anywhere we have ever stayed, but this one was really disappointing. I can handle age, and things in an older unit not functioning properly. I get that, I understand that. But for Vacasa to lack such an effort it cleaning and making what could be a beautiful unit clean, comfortable, and functional is completely unacceptable. If the owners of this unit knew how poor Vacasa takes care of their property, I believe they would be really upset. We paid $2,000 for 4 nights, the absolute LEAST I expect is functionality and most important, CLEANLINESS! I did email Vacasa almost immediately regarding the cleanliness, and to report the cracked TV, but never heard back.

Great location as it directly off a green lift and a short walk over a green to get to a blue and black lift. The condo could use a little updating outside of the kitchen area that looked new, but for a weekend of skiing it was good.

We had a great ski vacation at this condo. Walk to slopes, the kitchen was well stocked for meals at home and our three boys loved the bunk room. We enjoyed the hallway organizer for gloves and hats and the cozy fireplace. The only improvement I would suggest is a new mattress in the master BR. Look forward to returning to this condo again!

Bee Branch 12 is a cozy condo with awesome views of the slopes. It was clean, well appointed with plenty of utensils, plates, etc. The beds, especially the queen and king, were very comfortable after a long day of skiing. An easy-to-light fireplace added to the ambiance. Plenty of hot water for showers and an easy access to the home made it perfect for our weekend. I'd definitely stay there again!
