This home, the lower level of a duplex, sits one block from the beach and the Newport Balboa Bike Trail, providing easy access to swimming, sunbathing, and ocean water sports. You'll also be four blocks from the Balboa Pier and Fun Zone, a great place for the whole family. If you're looking for the busier part of town, Newport Municipal Beach and Pier are a mile down the road and surrounded by excellent restaurants. If you want to throw on your hiking boots, head 10 miles south to the El Moro Canyon Trail and many other paths that lead into Crystal Cove State Park. If the kids insist on meeting Mickey Mouse, Disneyland is only 20 miles north.
