I liked it was close to the beach and restaurants! What I didn't like, we wanted to bar b que,it was very dirty, I'm not one to clean some else mess.

Balboa Serenity is perfect. I have lived in Mission Beach San Diego for much of my life & can attest that this home is...
1. In a perfect location
2. Includes parking *a must at the beach
3. Has a beautiful layout that maximizes the space, you never feel cramped
4. Has great places to 'hang' creating enough room to space out even traveling with children
For a beach vacation - I would highly recommend Balboa Serenity.

The location was great but the unit is old. There was a constant repetitive noise from the kitchen. Either an appliance or maybe a ceiling fan from the unit downstairs. The tenants downstairs were very loud. Made it hard to sleep. Also there are no drapes on the sliding door and there is a very bright Patio light that doesn’t turn off making it hard to sleep on the hideabed couch. Bikes in garage are nice and having a garage space to park is also a bonus.

We were here for 2 nights. No issues. It’s amazing being so close to the beach. There are restaurants and entertainment for kids walking distance. Also a great patio to relax on.

The home was great. Comfortable and close to beach. Garage stocked with beach gear! We brought more than we needed! If we had air conditioning, I would have given 5 stars! I knew going in it didn't have AC. Overall, it was fantastic!! Would book again!!
