Comfort, privacy, and natural beauty come together at this three-bedroom Sea Ranch home, a lovely oceanfront escape with an outdoor hot tub, patio, and garden in a gorgeous blufftop setting! The open and lofty living room is lined with windows, filling the space with sunlight and incredible ocean views! Relax by the window as you watch for playful harbor seals, or gather for movie night around the flatscreen cable TV and DVD player. Whether you're preparing happy hour snacks or cooking full meals, the open kitchen is a well-equipped and social space. The deck features an outdoor dining area where you can enjoy your meals al fresco and also admire the magnificent views! Your private patio (where the hot tub is located) offers a nice space surrounded by plenty of trees and equipped with another outdoor dining area and a gas grill in case you’d like to enjoy a cookout.
You will have access to all three recreation centers in Sea Ranch. The recreation centers are Del Mar Recreation Center (north), Moonraker Recreation Center (south), and the Ohlson Recreation Center (midway). Del Mar has an Olympic lap area and a children's swim area. It also includes saunas. Ohlson includes a pool with a lap area and a children's swim area. There is also a family sauna, as well as men's and women's saunas. Moonraker has a traditional pool without separate swim areas. The amenities pass is attached to the parking pass you will receive at check-in. It only allows for six guests.
This prime location sets you only steps from the Bluff Trail and the crashing ocean waves. Situated within earshot of the Pacific Ocean, this waterfront home is less than two miles north of Black Point Beach. You’ll be perfectly located for hiking, whale-watching, beach-combing, golfing, and driving along the spectacular California Highway 1. Catch at least one sunset glimpse of the Point Arena Lighthouse and Museum, a beautiful historic landmark located 27 miles north. You'll find the awe-inspiring Bluff Trail just a few steps outside your door, as well as grocery stores, shops, and restaurants in downtown Gualala only nine miles north. Located at the north end of The Sea Ranch, 7.8 miles away, the Gualala Point Regional Park features six public access trails on The Sea Ranch, each leading to a separate area of the coast.

Parking notes: Check in for your Sea Ranch home is 2 steps. 1. At 4pm you can use the lock box located at the front door to enter your home. 2. You must pick up your guest packet at the local Vacasa office located at 38820 South Highway One Suite 108, Gualala Ca 95445. *Please access our office by turning onto Sedalia /Hubert Drive at the Seafood Shack sign.* If the office is closed, you will find your packet in the lock box to the right of our door. Your packet includes your Sea Ranch parking passes. The Sea Ranch Association only allows 2 passes per reservation. Parking passes are for cars parked within the Sea Ranch (at the rec centers, hiking trails etc) and must be visible in the vehicles. Most but not all of our houses will accommodate more than 2 cars. For guests with more than 2 cars, any additional car(s) can be used to go to and from the house without a pass but will need to remain in the drive way otherwise. On street parking is not permitted. NO RV'S OR CAMPER VANS PERMITTED TO PARK ON SEA RANCH.Most of our house will not accommodate more than 3 cars.

My husband needed a vacation and this is our second stay here. Lots of naps, staring at the ocean, and hikes. This house is on the bluff and very clean. Tons of space to hang out together or apart (we have teenagers).

The house was great. It is so well located. so close to the shore. The house was very spacious, perfect for 3 couples. We loved watching the view from the outdoor patio or the living room. The kitchen is very well equipped. The only things that were missing were Champagne glasses...

Great place to stay. Awesome views from most parts of the house. Couple of issues with sockets in both bathrooms and high pitch noise from master bathroom shower. Over all I would definitely recommend this beautiful home.

There were 3 of us and we loved every bit of the house. The star of the show was the location..it would be difficult to find a more spectacular bluff top situation. An unobstructed white water, rock view with a hedgerow just 20 steps to the North with an amazing, private outcrop to enjoy morning coffee or evening sunset. Everything was spotless. Loved the slide-through window from the kitchen to a shelf facing the BBQ. A nice, big parking space for both our cars and a lovely hot tub. The only thing we would change would be to make the fireplace functional...other than that, well...perfection!

We have a wonderful stay at Casa Bella al Mare. The view and location were all that you could wish for in Sea Ranch. The home is spacious and really takes advantage of the view from inside the living room and outside on the patio. The kitchen was fully stocked and well organized. Felt much more like a warm home than a colder vacation rental which is exactly what we wanted.

I’ve been coming to Sea Ranch for decades and always stay in bluff houses. This house trumps all in its spectacular view, deck and window seats. But an FYI to future renters. Although this house looks huge, the 2 end wings are privacy locked. It certainly did not impact the visit, just a heads up if you’re expecting access to the huge house pictured.

Featuring one of the best views in all of Sea Ranch, Casa Bella al Mare is a superb, but pricey, choice. The house was just what we were looking for: a relaxing living space, a large, well-supplied kitchen, and very comfortable beds. Every detail is well thought out, including deck and patio furniture that dry quickly after a rain shower. We spotted dozens of migrating whales from the living room, dining room and bedroom--all of which had spectacular views. One minor area for improvement is more/better wine glasses. (There were only 3 full size glasses.) We also wished the fireplace had been an included amenity--but we did know in advance it was not. We enjoyed our stay at Casa Bella a Mare immensely. On our final day, a rainbow lit the sky, surely a sign we are meant to return.

Perfect location on the coastal trail. Immaculate view. It is a simple rental house. Similar to what you might find in Tahoe as a ski rental. Basic furniture, basic beds, basic kitchen. It was clean and everything worked. If you are looking for a simple base of operations to explore the coast, this house is perfect. If you are hoping to be smothered in luxury, this isn’t it. It was perfect for me but just want to make sure expectations are properly set for others. No complaints however. Well situated house.

This home was in a good location and the kitchen was well stocked. However we were horrified to find a giant pile of dead bugs and worms under the furniture in one of the bedrooms and a stench of mildew in both bathrooms. We do appreciate Vacasa sending someone to address the bugs in the a timely fashion however the experience was still unpleasant.
