One complimentary parking spot is provided. We ask that guests park inside the garage only, and do not block neighbors' driveways or garages at any time. This lovely vacation rental features a great location and a Walk Score of 95! A damage waiver, covering up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property or its contents, is included in the cost of your reservation.
Parking Notes: Please park your car in the garage, as this leaves the neighbor enough room to park their car. Large SUVS or trucks will not fit in the garage and must be parked on the street. Compact cars fit best. Parking in front of the garage is not permitted. Be mindful of the neighbor’s car when backing out of the garage and driveway. Do not park in or block any other driveways.
The garage space is the only designated parking space for the townhome. Additional vehicles, or vehicles that do not fit in the garage, will need to park on the street. Free street parking is available but spots can be difficult to come by.
