Parking Notes: Parking Garage is located across the street from building. There is a code required to access the parking garage (this is your gate code). There is a skybridge on level 3 that will take you across the street to the main building. Please keep in mind the parking Garage max vehicle height is 7’ and there is no guaranteed onsite parking for oversized vehicles. No Scooters, Golf Carts, Rentable Mini Vehicles, Boats or Trailers allowed on property.

You have booked a property that requires guests to register and pay for parking prior to your arrival. Please visit and select “purchase a registration pass.” Please follow all directions to pay for your pass that will allow you entry to the onsite parking garage for your stay. All parking passes are $20 each and are limited in number (a maximum of 2 passes per unit but HOA may restrict this during peak seasons). Guests are responsible for printing their own parking registration for their vehicle when they purchase these via the resort's parking website.
If you have more than 2 vehicles, Panama City Beach has 3 public parking lots located at 9941 Thomas Drive, 600 Henley Drive, and 11117 Front Beach Road for an hourly or daily fee.

Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

The condo was very nicely decorated, updated, and clean. We enjoyed our stay here at this condo. The only downfall was the elevators to the condo never all worked and at times we had very long waits.

The Aqua 2004 unit was recently renovated and was a great space for our group! It had a very clean and beach my feel to the condo. The complex was great! Even being on the 20th floor, we never had any trouble with the elevators. They were very fast and we never waited more than 2 or 3 minutes. The beach, pool, and parking were all great! The location can’t be beat. We walked to many close restaurants. Pier Park, Walmart, Target, and much more was super close which kept us from fighting any traffic. The only things we commented that were needed were rugs at the entrance and maybe a small vacuum. Yet, overall this was an amazing unit and we had a great time!!!

The condo was beautiful. It comfortably slept and kept 7 of us. It was very clean, perfect location on beach, 5 minute drive to Walmart. You can walk .4 miles to pier park. The water was as clear as anywhere as I have been in even the Caribbean (Cancun, Cozumel, Jamaica, Grand Cayman, etc...). The only reason they didn’t get a 5 plus was the communication with Vacasa was poor. I know COVID-19 has them crazy busy but the contact phone number didn’t work (had to look them em on the west coast and call the main office to talk to someone) and the messages would sometimes go two days before a response. There were a few times they came back pretty quickly but they were very disconnected from the actual condo management. There is also a reason for that...COVID has there front desk and such closed. But that being said, Aqua’s cleaning staff and security is top notch. I advise you to get the number to the on-site security guard, he or she basically was running the condo and they had the keys to the kingdom. I will definitely be booking again for the exact same room next year. I know they communication piece will be better once we aren’t all 6’ apart!

This room was not clean when we arrived. As much as they charge you would think they would check the rooms before the next family arrives. Not sure I will be renting again.

All fine except we were switched from 8th floor to the 20th floor shortly before our entry date..... notified a few days before .... condo was fine .... wore out iron was the only question...

This place was not only the cleanest, nicest place we stayed in, and Pcb! But the most family oriented and nicest bunch of people we’ve ever met in our lives. We will definitely be back!
