Overall, wonderful place to stay. Only thing I would recommend is replacement of the carpet and a strainer for the noodles we made, but beautiful condo with amazing views. Would definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful time!!! The view of the gulf from the private balcony is the best! Everything in this condo was fresh, clean and updated. The condo is spacious with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a cute little bunk bed room. It was nice to have different restaurants and the beach within walking distance and a short drive to pier park. I will definitely be renting this condo again.

When we rented the room, it listed for $119/night-then the fees made it $297!! When we got there, we couldn't get in! No one had the right code…finally after 30 minutes, some unknown person sent me a text with the correct info! Then, it is bed time….we pull out the couch/bed and the sheets had not been changed! They were nasty and had a used tissue on it!! So we call the Laketown Wharf maintenance dept…the only number we had! And that person told us we could run across the street to Walmart and buy some! Seriously?? A text was sent to the unknown person who had the code detailing all of this and no one ever responded! Never ever again will we use vacasa.com for anything!

Although the couch and chair were a little too stained for my liking, and the lack of pots/pans, I really liked the setup of the two BR condo...it literally will sleep 8 comfortably. Also, the master BR toilet needed cleaning after someone splattered in it! There were a lot of amenities on the property and the views (lake and ocean) were beautiful as well. But my issue is with management and how I was given the runaround about having cable for the manly men to watch college football. They kept promising to have the cable issue resolved each day we were there (Wednesday-Sunday). But by the time Saturday rolled around..."there are 13 units that dont have cable/internet access so it's not our problem, it's the cable company's issue!" I was promised compensation for each day I was without cable but no one had contacted me about it.
