To see all the wild life,

Cabin is in a really beautiful and peaceful location. Great kitchen ! The only negatives, the bed in the master bedroom and single beds are uncomfortable and need replacing. The furniture needs updating and the little white couch should me removed all together.
Manager response:
Hello Robert,We are pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We will be sure to pass your suggestions along to our local manager who will work with our homeowner to make necessary upgrades. We look forward to hosting you again!

The location.
Would not recommend to anyone. Nasty , furniture horrible . Too expensive for the product. Very rundown. TV was a joke.
1 star is too high of a rating.
Manager response:
We are sorry to read you were unhappy, Melinda. We have taken care of the mice and scheduled a deep clean for the home. We inspected the TV and general conditions to ensure everything is functioning properly. Thank you!

This home had a great location and plenty of room for us. It is located in the Angel Fire Country Club area and was a tranquil setting and surrounded by trees. We had deer visit each day/night and my daughter was thrilled. It was a 10 minute drive in the snow to the Angel Fire ski resort. The night we arrived it snowed 8" and the roads and our driveway were plowed first thing in the morning. We would reccomend this very budget friendly home.

From rodent poop in the closet by the back door, to crusty stuff on the king bed comforter (I pray it was just food), to a mouse we saw at least twice, and specks of stuff on the top dishes, we were afraid from the very beginning to use anything, afraid to sit on the couches, my daughter had us put blankets outside her door on the floor as she is very afraid of rodents.

We started off arriving to an unlocked house with a slightly cracked open front door. It was like a murder movie feeling. Turns out we couldn't really lock the front door either the whole time tho we could get it to close. As soon as we walked in we heard the smoke detector beeping for low battery. As we walked into the house a mouse scurried under a couch freaking out my daughter. Speaking of couches, they were kinda nasty looking couches with stains and one had torn upholstery - afraid to sit on them. At least two light bulbs were out including a bedroom.

They should have rat bait around the place and a couch with stains and torn upholstery just screams "picked up near a dumpster".
A tiny bit of touch up paint behind the couch would help a LOT too. It just feels like mice live in the couches and scratch the wall playing... The cleaner should have noticed the crusties on the bed spread. It was the first thing I noticed when I got close the bed. I hoped it was paint, but I scratched at it some flaked under my nail. I quickly cleaned my hands...

Great location though if you want a little privacy. Neighbors are just far enough away and the firepit in the back was fun. Id raise my review stars if I was assured the place had the problems fixed.
Manager response:
Hi, Darryl! Thank you for your feedback. The property manager is working with both the local staff and homeowner to ensure a better stay for our guests. We hope to have a chance to impress you in the future!

Loved the quiet peaceful setting! The fall Aspens were amazing!

I have stayed at this home many time. Each time I realize how special it is. Always clean and comfortable. The addition of the WiFi has made doing work, when needed, very easy. Deer and elk are a regular occurrence in the back yard. I could not give a higher recommendation if you are looking to get away.

This home is quiet and located in an area surrounded by wildlife and things to see. The town of Angel Fire has a grocery store and a wide range of places to eat, for a tiny town in northern New Mexico. There is WiFi for those who may need to stay in touch with work and if not, out any door is ponderosa pine and miles of area to walk, bike, hike, or golf. The house is well separated so that guest can spend time alone or in smaller groups without bothering one another. Showering and bedtime are private and comfortable.
