The house/condo that we stayed at was absolutely great! It was right next to the resort (only a short walk/2min drive at most.) While it may look small in photographs it was pretty spacious. It had enough room (to spare) to accommodate all 7 of us on the trip. This will definitely be the spot I will return to the next time I book a trip up to Jay Peak!

We had a great time. It was a little difficult finding the actual resort at first but overall it was great and my girls loved the Waterpark. We will definitely go again.

Great place, close to slopes..,,across the street from raccoon run. Easy to come in for lunch! Comfortable for 4. Wonderful long ski weekend! Love Jay!

This unit was exactly as advertised. The rooms were spacious and allowed us room to enjoy our time together. The ski locker was great not requiring us to store the skis/poles inside. Our one point of improvement is that there should be a shovel available for renters if needed at the property. We got over 16 inches of snow and had to dig out by hand. Great for the skiing conditions, but difficult to get out the front door.

Great location walk right across street to raccoon run. It’s on Cotta Lane for those looking for actual directions to the place.

This is a clean nice two bedroom condo. The main issue was that the master bed was terrible. Constant creaking. Keep in mind that this is near the slopes and not slope side. Easy to carry skis across the street to hit the lift up.
