We stayed at this condo in Feb. 2023 with our three small granddaughters. The unit was perfect, just a two minute walk from the bunny hill. The access info arrived as promised and we got in without any issues - always a worry of mine. We found only one parking pass but Vacasa sorted this out within 30 minutes - very responsive. The unit was clean and spacious for our needs. We used all three beds and the pull out couch. Lots of linen and pillows. The kitchen was very well equipped. While the unit does not have a wide view of the mountain, it was perfect for our needs because it was easy to get our belongings into the unit as it is on the first floor close to parking. We will be staying here again next week and we are looking forward to it.

Dough canine doesn’t work. No water. Impossible to dry abusing. All rest is good.
Manager response:
We're sorry to read you experienced any imperfections with your visit, Nadejda. The water was tested and found working. Thank you!

Very clean. Beds were comfy. Few minute walk to the village. Would stay here again!

The house is clean and nice but needs a thorough cleaning like the grout at the washroom, the lamps in the bedroom are dusty. Above the fire place is too dusty, The appliances needs an upgrading specially the oven( oven door is not aligned/loose making it so hard to open the door specially if its HOT or in use) you have to fix it first so you can open the oven.

Over all okay.
Location is just a few minutes away to the village.
Manager response:

It was a great spot to stay and lots of room in the condo! It was in walking distance to everything which was great for the play all day pass so you could go back and forth no problem! And close enough to town if you needed anything! Thanks for a great stay!

Great location within walking distance of the village.

Great location and comfortable place for a family of 4. All the amenities and a 2 min walk to the village.

We stayed from Sunday to Tuesday during the week. The unit was clean and in a good location (walking distance to the hills and village). Parking was ideal, too - very close to the unit.

It's a great place for families with a queen bed in one room and two twin beds in the other. Separate washrooms for both bedrooms were nice and clean. Bedding was comfortable. Wifi was strong and we were able to connect multiple devices.

Certain things in the unit were dated and could use some repair/replacement. The mats in the foyer were salt-stained, not enough sturdy hangers in the closets for jackets/gear. The fireplace wasn't working for us, and one of the TV remotes no longer works. Microwave took twice as long to heat things up. The dining room chairs could use some repair as some of the spindles on the backrest were loose.

Other than that, the unit was nice for a family of four. You can't really beat the location.
Manager response:
Thank you for your review, Mandy! We appreciate you taking the time to submit your valuable feedback. We apologize for the maintenance issues that you have encountered during your stay. Our local team has been notified, and your feedback will help create a positive environment going forward. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future!

We took a family ski trip to Blue Montain and stayed in one of the units at Cachet Crossing. While our unit wasn't exactly what I would define as a true ski in-ski out, it was very close to the slopes and the village. The unit was great and had everything we needed, except facial tissue. That was the one thing I would say was missing. We would definitely stay here again if and when we come back to Blue Mountain.

Literally steps to either the carpet or the chairlift. Clean space, plenty of room for 4!

We were able to literally ski to this unit. Stayed here over the Christmas holidays. All blinds worked well. The listing didn’t show the unit looking onto a road, from the living room….but it wasn’t very busy. There is also a new condo / building being built across the road. Loved the fireplace and living room. Beds were very comfortable. Dining room table a bit on the rough side. Needed to call to get more consumables, like t.p. and dishwasher soap. Big clock in the dining room is broken….
Overall a nice place….

This unit was extremely clean and we were very pleased with our stay. The only negative feedback I would give for this unit is the window coverings in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Most do not work or need to be replaced and being a ground floor unit this meant that we had to be careful to avoid the windows when changing as people could easily see in! This unit also lacks hooks for coats and in the bathroom for towels, the kitchen was not as stocked as other units we have stayed in - otherwise we were very happy with the size, location and most importantly the cleanliness of this unit. Would stay here again!

Our family of 5 had a great stay. Very clean and orderly. Everything you need is provided including a bbq. Wound definitely recommend to anyone.
Fateh K. Jul 2021
Vary clean and roomy
Very close to village
Needed to place more soaps
No napkins
Was disappointed with the bbq, one burner was not working and so had hard BBQing.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and seeking to come back this winter

A quiet place for family of 4 to take a rest.

Thank you

We loved the place. It was very cozy, the space was big, especially the rooms. I love how it's very close to the attractions. We will definitely go back there. 1 night is not enough.

The flat was perfectly situated for our needs - 3 generations ranging from 80+ to 12 y.o. It is comfortable, spacious, well maintained and very well designed. Its location is a very short and easy walk to both the slopes and the village. The easy access meant the young skiers could regularly come and go during their day and the elderly easily go into the village for a stroll. We would certainly stay at Cachet Crossings again next time we visit the Blue Mountains.
