I would of rated this a 5* if there wouldn't of been all the painting going on outside of our front door. We awoke on the second day to plastic being put over the windows, the doorway, the floors with paint chips everywhere and paint supplies out our front door. Then the spraying of paint began, we would have to be careful not to get paint on us as. The fifth day a man came to our door wanting to come in to see if the bathtub in the Master bedroom was leaking, without a work order. I called Vacasa and spoke to Annie C. She helped us with what to do with the man at the door and to move us to another place to stay for the remainder of our trip. It's was so extremely nice to deal with a person/company who seamed to genuinely care about our safety and concerned with what we going through with our stay there. Annie C, went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of!

This home was very well located, comfortable and cozy, the hot tub was clean and working, everything was in good condition, with all of the supplies we could need. I appreciated how clean it was. I would definitely stay here again

The condo was clean, close to the slopes, and in great condition. We enjoyed the nice fireplace and the rooms were perfect in size. I would rerent this place the next time we ski in Deer Valley. The only problem was the coffee pot was not working. Hopefully, it will be replaced before your visit.

From start to finish, my stay at this condominium was exceptional. Beautifully appointed and centrally located, #105 is the perfect place to call home for any length of time. I had the opportunity to stay for several weeks, and know a group larger than one would be just as comfortable. There is plenty of space to work remotely, exactly as I would from home. When I was ready to enjoy the outdoors, the lifts at Silver Lake Lodge (mid mountain) were a quick five minute walk. The condo is immaculately clean. All the amenities I needed to prepare meals, unwind, and sleep soundly were at my fingertips. This is ""home away from home"" at its best. With the tranquility of Deer Valley right outside the front door, I always felt safe and never too far from anything. Do yourself a favor-- stop your search and book #105 if it's still available. "

Very nicely appointed and close to slopes; only negatives were small TV stuffed inside a "hole" in the fireplace wall (couldn't see it from one side of the room), and Hot tub (a plus!) was not shielded from the nearby sidewalk and road.

We've stayed at the Black Bear Lodge 4 times, and unit 105 is our favorite unit so far. The kitchen countertops, hallway bathroom, and carpet looked new. Everything was super clean, not a single stray hair anywhere. The beds and linens were very comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and washcloths. It has everything a family of 4 would need, and just walk across the street to the Silver Lake Lodge. We would definitely stay here again. The front desk is under new management and is much more organized than last year.
