The place is clean, bright, welcoming and very nicely appointed. Nestled between Biltmore and Scottsdale in the Camelback corridor the location is tops. Lots of great restaurants and shopping very close by. Loved the stay and amenities!! Will rent again next time I am in the area.

We stood in this beautiful condo with access to the swimming pool. The place is beautiful. The neighbors are nice and so helpful. I lost my cat on the day we checked out. The neighbors and management were so helpful. An email blast went out to all of the tenants. He was found a couple of days later. I would recommend this place to anyone. Only complaint is there was only 1 parking space and no where for visitors to park.

I did not love anything about our rental, other than perhaps the location. The condo was sparsely furnished and was rather dark. But most importantly, the condo above us was being renovated and we had to put up with pounding noises during the entire month, thus forcing us to be gone most of each day. This was our first rental with VRBO and will almost certainly be our last.
