I was looking for a place to sleep over night and also to come back to and relax and cook at night after going out to explore all day, but there were some bumps in the road and important items missing from the home - some, but not all, I believe could have been amended prior to our arrival. Overall, it was a place to sleep and a step above a hotel room in that it had a stove/full kitchen, but lacked some other hotel amenities. The Customer Service number was answered promptly and my issues were addressed, but again, I think there were some things that could have been taken care of prior to my arrival.

Very cozy living space! My husband and I rested well and the studio had everything we needed! The bed was comfortable and there was a couch to relax in and watch tv after a day of activities at Lake Tahoe! Hands down would book again!

Do not stay here. We were excited to stay here for 3 nights but our stay quickly took a turn for the worse.

Regarding the property:
First off the whole property has got to be at least 40-60 years old. The parking lot is run down. Looking at the style of paint, and the texturing of the walls, and the lobby of this place. This place was once used as an office building and then somebody later on came in and converted them into condos. The place was mostly up kept but you can see the age in everything.
The whole condo lacks outlets, my wife and I have medical equipment and we could not find anywhere to plug in our CPAP machines, nor were there any nightstands. We had to bring a power strip and run a cord so that we could use our machines at night.

Regarding our stay:
When we arrived we had to listen to the person upstairs blast their TV all evening, the Tv was so loud you could hear it though the persons floorboards and ceiling. We awoke at 5AM our first morning to the person upstairs walking back and forth for about half an hour straight. The following night we had to listen to the person upstairs AGAIN blast their TV all night starting from 8PM all the way until midnight where we had finally had enough and picked all our stuff up and left.

On 3x separate sheets of paper they state the management has a noise ordinance where you are not supposed to make noise past 8 or 9PM. Vacasa contacted the property management at kings run in which case they took no responsibility for the noise even though they have an ordinance and refused to compensate me in any way for my troubles.

Do not do business or stay at the kings run condos!
Manager response:
We are disappointed to receive your review and apologize for the frustrations you experienced. Due to the size of the studio, we cannot fit in any night stands. The management company for the condos has been advised of your frustrations with the noise level and parking. Thanks!

Quite comfortable. The pool and all other things were not available because of Covid. The only thing I would improve is maybe a Queen size bed. My husband and I are tall. Quiet and private feeling.

I loved the layout of the studio condo. I would have loved to use the gas fireplace but was unable to do so. I'm not sure if it worked but it didn't work for me. The microwave was set way above my head (I am 5'4) - very unusual. Despite these little things, I loved my stay and look forward to coming back.
Manager response:
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us, Veda. We are glad you enjoyed this remodeled condo but we're sorry to hear about any trouble you experienced with the fireplace. We will schedule a service visit to check for any repair needed, and we hope to have another chance to impress you!

The unit overall was nice. It's located in an older building that gives off a dorm/summer camp feel, but the unit itself is updated.

I did have a sense something was missing and spent most of my stay trying to figure it out: there are no drawers. There is still plenty of space because of the walk in closet, but there's no dresser there to put your clothes in. In the kitchen, there are no drawers either. Utensils? In the cupboard.

It's a nice place overall for one or two people. Cooking and food prepping can feel like a big endeavor given that the space is a little tight. However, this wasn't a big issue with all the restaurants nearby. Also be prepared to take quick showers as the water tank is kinda small.

Condo was great for the two of us. Had a problem lighting the gas fireplace, would have been nice to have a broom and mop. seance
There was lots of snow. Had to use paper towels to wipe up the floor. But condo its self was just right fo us will stay again.

We appreciated the convenience of the condo, the cleanliness, and the supplies... just what we needed for a two night getaway!

Simple, private, and clean. Once we located the unit, we enjoyed this unencumbered studio. The cooking space is minimal (no toaster) so we ate yummy meals out. The TV and WiFi are solid. There is is plenty of storage with a walk-in closet! The pillows are abundant on a comfy mattress with cozy blankets.

It was perfect! Not ideal if you want to do major cooking but the apartment was cosy, warm and perfect for an escape to the slopes for the weekend. Thanks!

Great experience. Very nicely appointed. Keith, Lanre and Brandon are prompt and responsive and very friendly. We will definitely try to book this studio for our bi annual trip to Tahoe!
