This two bedroom, 2.5 bath condo worked out very well for two couples with one dog. Our activities involved bicycling, some dirt bike riding, hanging at the pool and dog walks. We road bikes from the unit, into town along creek side bike paths over to the bike path running along the Colorado River.

We pulled into town with a 23 foot travel trailer as we were camping along the way to get to Moab. We were able to disconnect our trailer and park it in some unmarked parking spots for the duration of our stay in the condo. There are two marked, assigned parking spots for the unit in front. The construction activity going on was not an impact for us although we were right across from a big dirt field that generated a lot of dust in our windy weather window. Also the highway road noise pretty much prohibited opening windows at night if you wanted to sleep with quiet.

The appliances and living space were all just fine for two couples. This condo had the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen at a short term rental. All kinds of spices, coffee as well as utensils, pots and pans, etc.

Great place to stay in Moab!! Comfortable and very clean.

This house is cozy, with great views just outside of town! We will definitely book again ☺️

This space was absolutely perfect for our Moab adventures! We traveled from CA to Moab and were not expecting all the crazy travel re routes we encountered due to many different winter weather warnings. But having this place as our base to come 'home' to for 4 nights was so nice. Only downside would maybe be there are no street lights in the community, so please be careful driving(especially if it is icy/snowy).
Other than that, 100% recommend!

The best thing was the hot tub on the patio - we were specifically looking for a place with a private hot tub. Good communication on getting into the condo, and checking out. Extra blankets and towels, luggage racks, coffee - all were the little things we appreciated. We would book this place again.

Perfect location for hiking around Arches and Canyonlands. VERY clean home. Kitchen was wonderfully furnished. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the condo!

Loved the extra large dog crates for the dogs to be comfortable during the day while we were at the national park. Owner provides hiking maps, spices and coffee. Lovely patios. Dog sheets were wonderful addition.

Found everything we needed. From dishes to BBQ, and Hot tub. It is set up so you feel right at home. Pet friendly. Had several things that made our pet comfortable also.

My family and I would have loved to stay longer in this great home! It was clean, welcoming and comfortable...only difficult to find as it's a new development, the directions were faulty, and we were arriving at night with no street lights in sight yet...but the employees at Vacasa were WONDERFUL at directing us. Thank you!
Manager response:
Hi, Catherine! We're delighted to hear that you and your family had a fabulous stay! We're sorry to hear that you had some trouble finding the home, but we're glad that our team was able to assist. We appreciate your feedback and this information has been passed to local management so they can make sure the directions provided are clear and accurate. We hope to host you again soon for another memorable vacation!

We had a wonderful stay. The owners thought of everything and have made the home so comfortable for guests. The location is perfect for a quick ride into town with beautiful views right out the back door. We loved all the dog amenities and wished we would have brought our furry friends. We will definitely be back with them on our next visit.

Well supplied kitchen. Clean. There is some road noise but very nice over all and would return.

We loved this house. My criteria while looking was somewhere we could bring our little dog with a private hot tub- this was perfect! When I asked my family what would have made it better the only things we came up with were the water pressure in she showers was not good, firmer pillows on the beds and coffee creamer. Highly recommend this place.

This place was great for our family of four week long vacation. The private hot tub on the back porch was a nice perk. Will definitely come back.

This unit was really great, very easy to navigate to and south of main Moab so its quiet and peaceful. Lovely rear patio where you can sit in the morning sun and look over the cliffs all around you, you can also relax in the hot tub in the afternoon and see the sun reflect over the red dirt towards the La Sals.
Kellie B. Oct 2020
Clean, comfortable, kitchen well stocked. The private hot tub was nice because the one at the complex was packed every night. Outside locking storage for bikes. Plenty of parking. Great view from the patio. We would stay here again!

Very nice place, liked the darker blinds and A/C worked great. very cheap carpet and the carpet tacks were sticking through the carpet when you go in and out of the bathroom. stepped on them several times. also found someone else long black hair in the shower so it wasn't vey clean. difficult to find a spot to park if your trailering.
Manager response:
Hi, Trina! Thank you for staying with us and sharing your review. This is a brand new condo, less than a year old, so we are not surprised you discovered some carpet tacks as that seems to happen a lot in new builds. We do apologize this happened and have sent maintenance out to address the matter. We have asked housekeeping to be more thorough in the bathroom. There is ample trailer parking out front of the condo, and extra wide streets provide additional parking as well. We hope to see you again!

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at this well maintained home. It is conveniently located in close proximity of downtown Moab and nearby National Parks, while still distant enough to find peace and quiet. The home was very clean and well appointed throughout. The living quarters and kitchen made us feel right at home, while the patio grill and hot tub were great additional amenities. After days full of exploration and adventure, it was a pleasure to be able to return back to this home to rest in very comfortable bedrooms. We highly recommend this home and hope to stay here again soon!

We were two couples enjoying the 5 National Parks in Utah during the first week of October. We saved Canyonlands and Arches for the end of the tour. This condo on the south side of Moab was conveniently located with reasonable access to both of the parks (45 minutes to Canyonlands and 20 minutes to Arches). The condo must have recently been completed. It still has the "new house smell" which I consider a good thing. It was so new that construction crews were just down the way working on the next building. The home is well furnished. We have stayed at many VRBO rentals over the last 15 years. This one ranked among the best. The furniture was new. The beds were comfortable. Hotel soap and shampoo were provided. Though we didn't use much of the kitchen cookware, it looked like it was well stocked. We had a fun time and this condo was the perfect place for us in Moab.

I've stayed at numerous VRBO places and am frequently disappointed at the lack of kitchen supplies that are provided. This place was an exception -anything one could possibly need was included in the kitchen -pizza pans, cookie sheets, a blender, a mixer, cling wrap, foil, zip lock bags. And the added bonus was flour, sugar, coffee and a great collection of spices. There's a table and chairs on both patios facing east and west and a great grill. Only downside was this is all new construction so the area around the townhouse was a little noisy and dusty during the day. But that will change soon and I give this place a BIG two thumbs up!!
