Overall good.
But be aware it is super hard to get out of the slope parking alley in front of the house if it’s snow. ( snow remove service came to put salt, regular snow remove was not enough) and they were no shovel. Other two of the bedroom were super cold, no heather so unless you keep the door open?
The layout is good and super friendly for dog.
Overall our vacation was great.

The good: The location is great, and there was very little traffic on the street. The playroom downstairs and deck were a nice-to-have. There was plenty of room for our group of 7. However, the internet was spotty, and we quickly ran out of paper towels and laundry detergent. And while there was room for us, the pictures and videos made it look much larger.
Manager response:
Hello Jorge, we are pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay and the awesome location. We are sorry for any miscommunications regarding the number of paper products that were in the unit upon your arrival. We do provide starter packs of paper products and detergents, and anything required beyond what is provided is the responsibility of the guests. We truly hope we can host you for a more comfortable stay in the future, thank you.

Beautiful Cabin inside and out. Cabin is highly recommend.

Beautiful 3 story cabin nestled in the woods. We went during summer so it was really hot. A warning is there’s no central A/C so you probably don’t want to hang out indoors during the day. (But if you’re going to Tahoe, you probably out and about during day anyways so no big deal). The owner does leave around plenty of fans, but it’s still very hot during daytime.

Very nice house with plenty of space. We spent our mornings on the lake. It was nice to come back to the house to cook, hang out, and play games.

This home is gorgeous and was absolutely perfect for my small family. In fact I looked at summer availability the minute we had a chance to sit down, with hopes to bring more family back.. and I will FOR SURE! Great space to spread out, big dining area, decks, games, warm cozy home with an absolutely gorgeous views everywhere you look and in an ideal location!!!
The other .5 star: (I acknowledge some of this could be adjusted due to covid, but thought it was worth mentioning in case it helped) I have stayed in many vaca rentals and each and everyone one has had some kind of binder, folder or even a refrigerator note to give you guidance, even during high covid times. There are remotes out on the counters but are unknown to what they go to. A room fan would be nice for those hot blooded peeps. Extra batteries were not avail and we had to scrounge to replace the furnace remote to work. The furnace remote NEEDS instruction and there is none. I actually had to call the help number with a LONG wait time to find they weren't much help either. I was surprised there wasn't a local (neighborhood) map, or local brochures activities/business/restaurants available to us.
The cleaning crew isn't the greatest and missed a few things...one being the main deck..dog feces from the previous guests.

This was the perfect little getaway house for our family. We had a nice time playing in the big yard space. The house is well stocked; there are plenty of beds, towels, and kitchen supplies. It is SO close to Soda Springs Resort (10 mins.) if you plan to take your family to the snow park.

We loved the open concept and all the space ! It was so gorgeous with a great location, lots of light in the home and a lot of space to accommodate everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, with plenty of plates and bowls. The only complain was the upstairs shower head had a leaking issue and the water wouldn’t go down while showering but the downstairs shower was perfect . We would stay there again forsure ! It was a beautiful memory with family and coziness.
Manager response:
Hi, Farnoush! We are so glad you stayed with us and enjoyed your experience. Maintenance will be taking care of the shower right away. Thank you!

The cleanliness, amenities and comfort. Beautiful home away from home. The only issue was getting the water working was very difficult.

We absolutely loved this cabin, it was super clean, the beds were comfortable, the towels were fluffy and abundant and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. We didn’t spend much time outside. It would have been nice to do so but the noise from the highway was a bit of a deterrent. Maybe when the river is flowing it drowns out the noise? Regardless the cabin is nicely situated to hiking spots and lakes.

This house was great. Very clean and well stocked. It is so much bigger than the pictures show. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax. We will plan to stay again next time we want to do a quick getaway to that area. Close enough to Donner, Tahoe and Truckee to take in all of the hikes, lakes, and river fishing and still relax. The Yuba behind the house was very low at this time of year but still nice scenery. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! We will return.

Well kept and appointed cabin with lots of sleeping space. We did not spend too much time there outside of the overnights and the only downside is noise from nearby interstate 80.

House and location is very cute, but the TVs and fireplace weren't working and there were no instructions on how to use the. Not a big deal in the long run, but would have been nice to watch baseball even on vaction.
