No ATVs, RVs, trailers, snowmobiles, mini-bikes, boats, motorcycles, or commercial vehicles of any kind are allowed. Park in designated areas, and do not block steps or park along roads. Security will issue FINES with no exceptions.

This is a beautiful mountain top home with a gorgeous view of Camelback mountain. Great place to reconnect with family and friends. Friendly deer come to visit and graze on grass. Plenty of room for at least 12-15 guests, fun pool table, but there are plenty of things that require maintenance in the home. VACASA will provide a contact person who will come out if necessary and basically yes you to death but not fix what is requested! If you are spending the money you should get the service. Luckily we are a self sufficient family and changed light bulbs and cleaned grills, etc. Hope your stay is more satisfying than ours was. The service was lacking but the home and location were beautiful!

Home was very clean and well-appointed. A generous supply of bath towels, hand towels, washcloths and soaps were provided. Upon arrival at the house, we discovered MANY lights were out. We contacted Katie and within 90 minutes, 10 lightbulbs were dropped off at the house, all of which we used. I would recommend this property!
Note: there are no potholders in the kitchen. The outside light at the front door is also not working. This should be addressed, as it is extremely dark.

Place was wonderful! Very clean and big for just the four of us but we loved the space instead of staying at a hotel! Very private and quiet! Pool table was a plus! A few suggestions to make this stay even better....
1. Kitchen needs some more items such as salt/pepper shakers, steak knives and more garbage bags.
2. Give directions for the heat/air conditioning. So many thermostats all over the house that we weren’t sure which we were to use ending up with the heat on.
3. Blankets....the beds only have the comforters which was hot and sheet wasn’t enough.
Again, these are minor suggestions to make the stay 100% perfect! We really enjoyed our stay overall!

Good house for a large family. Lots of beds and enough room to gather. House was very clean. Maintenance was very prompt and helpful with burned out lights.
