The condo is clean with an adequate supply of towels and kitchen utensils. The place is smaller than what I anticipated, only 1390 sq. ft. It is a bit pricy for the asking price. Overflow car parking is rather inconvenient, as it needs to climb up the hill to get back under the scorching sun. There appears to have plenty of parking in front of the house.

My husband and I just spent 3 weeks in this vacation rental and we loved every moment. We loved the layout. We were really able to spread out with all the room. The beds were very comfortable as were the couches. My favorite place was the deck with all the trees and the occasional deer that would come by. The neighborhood is very well taken care of. I highly recommend this vacation home.

We stayed at this rental for two nights in August. It was CLEAN, very nicely updated and well stocked. Plenty of room for the five of us! The grandkids loved the bunk beds and we enjoyed having the upstairs to ourselves. An added plus is the lovely deck with two grills!The neighborhood is secluded, quiet and is a short drive to Camelback Lodge and Camelbeach (5 minutes). My security deposit was returned promptly. I highly recommend this rental.

Very nice two day stay. The ski life and Aquatopia passes make it a great deal. The condo is new, clean and well appointed. I'd recommend it far above an area hotel

There were plenty of blankets and kitchen necessities. The only drawback might be that the plumbing was a small issue but a plunger was stocked in the house and worked fine. The carpet could also use replacing but all in all the house worked fantastic. I would not hesitate to visit again. so we saved so much on cooking breakfast and making lunches at home.
