This house is big and beautiful. We had a great vacation and even extended our days. The pool was great- we did purchase heat and I would recommend doing that because they turn it on a few days before you get there and it is warm and ready for use. We were lacking kitchen items, but we got in contact with the housekeeping manager(who by the way was incredible) and she made sure to have bowls and platters delivered to us. There is definitely a need for plastic cups and bowls and some clock radios. The outside pool area needs a few upright plastic chairs and some small poolside tables for sure. I would also recommend some recreational activities like a pool table or foosball table. This house is new to renting I was told -I am sure they will spruce it up. Also, the house needs literature - we didn't know to handle garbage pick up, tv usage etc. It's nice to have information on hand.

This house is located on the Solterra resort. It is very nice, but they need to manage it better. Staff is very friendly, but very uninformed. We were there at the start of the Covid19 situation so it was hectic, but the staff was just not able to give any direction. Vacassa is the real estate company that manages this property. To call and ask a question entailed a 2-3 hour on hold wait. Part of the issue was the Covid19 scare and people calling to cancel reservations. There absolutely needs to be a private line for guests on site- no one wants to wait for hours to ask basic questions- regardless of the reason- while trying to enjoy their vacation that they already paid for. We rent houses every spring and we have ALWAYS had a direct number for the property manager or home owner. Thankfully we were able to make a contact with the housekeeping supervisor and she was amazing, but this property needs better communication.

We would definitely consider booking this house again- it will get better stocked and work out it's kinks- I am sure!

Beautiful clean spacious house . Only problem was cold pool ... then takes 24-48 hrs to get someone to turn heat on then 24-48 hrs to heat !! Vacation done by then .needed dishcloths and wipers and more towels and facecloths. Also for some reason my straightener AND blow dryer both quit when they were plugged in...both worked prior to this...both ruined !!!
