This beachfront home is the perfect place to spend a relaxing and fun vacation with the whole family. Plenty of space and bright decor will greet guests as they enter the home and the fully equipped kitchen will make preparing meals easy when the time comes! Head out to the shared pool area to lounge in the sun and watch the kids play in the water. Take a short walk to the beach and feel the warm sand on your feet. Guests can gather at the dining table for meals and games or head out to the private balcony offering views of the water below. Sip an evening cocktail while watching the sunset and settle down for the night with loved ones by watching a movie in the living area.
This air-conditioned, 1,076-square-foot condo is located in the Gulf-front Splash Resort on the shores of Panama City Beach. You'll be mere steps from the beach and the Riptide Snack Bar on-site, and only a short drive from Pier Park's abundant stores, restaurants, cinemas, and other entertainment three miles down the road. The resort is also just eight miles southeast of Rosemary Beach, allowing you to explore the beach communities of Scenic 30A with ease. Gulf World and Swampy Jack's Wongo Adventure are also nearby offering full days of amusement for all ages.

Please note the following: January 2nd, 2022 - The East Tower amenities (frog pad, lazy river, and east tower pool) will be closed until Spring Break begins due to the winter season and low occupancy.
Dear guest, please note that beginning January 2, 2022, the Splash HOA will be cleaning dryer ducts throughout the building beginning with the east tower first and then the west tower. This project will last through the end of February 2022. There may be construction noise and debris associated with this project.
Parking Notes: The Parking Garage is located across the street from the two Splash Towers. Please keep in mind that the parking garage maximum vehicle height is seven feet and there is no guaranteed on-site parking for oversized vehicles. No scooters, golf carts, rentable mini-vehicles, boats, or trailers are allowed on the property. There are spots set aside for check-in that you may use to unload. However, after picking up your parking passes, you will want to move to any other spot in the garage. For guest safety, please use the skybridge on the Lobby Floor that will take you across the street to the towers. After checking in at the Vacasa front desk, you will pay a $25.00 Registration Fee at the Splash Gift Shop Desk to receive your parking passes and wristbands. Parking Passes must be displayed in your vehicle at all times.
