Sunny cabin close to skiing w/ wrap-around deck & entertainment!

This spacious Brian Head vacation rental is the perfect cozy cabin for your family reunion or friend retreat in the mountains. With room for 14 guests, an expansive balcony, and everything from WiFi to a washer and dryer, you'll quickly feel at home.

With over one and a half acres to run and play, this beautiful cabin is a great spot any time of year. Have a snowball fight, make endless snow angels, and sled in the winter. Summer brings space for picnics, playing tag and hide and seek, and roasting s'mores over the firepit.

Floor to ceiling windows bring in ample natural light, and nice furniture accompanied by wood walls and a beamed ceiling make this vast cabin feel welcoming.

The main level is on the second floor. A vaulted ceiling living room, along with the stone fireplace and inviting furniture, make this a prime gathering spot in the house. Gather for a movie night on the flatscreen TV (cable and DVD player attached), or make room for a family talent night.

Across the room is the full kitchen with plenty of counter space for whipping up delicious meals for the entire group. Along with major appliances, there's also a microwave, dishwasher, blender, and toaster for convenience. Plenty of seating can be found at the dining room table for 10, or if the weather permits, head out to the wrap-around balcony and sit at any of the small tables to enjoy the fresh mountain air.

Upstairs in the loft area is a pool table and futon for extra sleeping space or game night.

This four-bedroom (plus loft), three-and-a-half-bathroom home can sleep a total of 14 guests. There is bed space for 10 adults with a king, three queen beds, and a futon. But there's plenty of floor space available for the included six floor mats, or bring air mattresses and sleeping bags to be set up for the remaining four guests.

Brian Head Resort and Giant Steps are each a mile and a half away and offer epic slopes for skiing and snowboarding in the winter. Brian Head even has a new snow tube run to try out! Book lessons for the little one's to learn to ski, and let the more experienced try the advanced runs to practice their form and tricks.

When the snow is gone, there's still plenty of fun to be had. Hiking and mountain biking are in full force with the great trails nearby, and don't miss out on trying the zipline and bungee trampoline at Brian Head Resort!

For year-round fun with the whole family, book this Southern Utah vacation rental.

Wonderful Cabin, well appointed, quiet, and perfect for large families. We used it for our annual family reunion to Brian Head with 3 generations- each family having a private level bedroom and bath with family time fun in the main room. Beautiful scenery, good sledding in the back, and conveniently located to both Giant Steps and Navajo slopes. Also quiet surroundings. Kitchen well equipped to make any family meals desired. We definitely recommend this property for groups. We plan on returning next year to this same great cabin next year God willing!

A Great, clean, and fun place. We were in town for a ski trip and Our group really had fun staying in this cabin. With the pool table, foosball table, and chess, it provided us things to do at night after hitting the slopes because there's not much to do in town. The place was very clean and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home and surroundings. Can't say enough. We'll be back.

Pool table and Foozball was a hit with the kids. Plus, sleds and snow equip. The home also felt like a "home" and we were as happy as can be.

Only downside is that you will need chains/4-wheel in snow as it's a short drive up hill.

We loved our stay - the few blemishes are exactly that, small and not enough to impact our vacation. The house is beautiful, the rooms large, easily enough space for the 8 of us. Reading previous reviews we brought along extra blankets, hot water bottles, a space heater would come in handy in the winter if it gets down to the single digits (which it did) with snow on the roof. Very well equipped, and beautifully located. In winter all wheel drive / chains a must if there's snow. We would definitely go back if our travels take us to Brian Head!

We had a blast at this cabin, but we're disgusted how dirty it was. There was a moldy shower curtain in the downstairs bathroom, the floors and floorboards for super dirty in the upstairs, it didn't look like they even moved the trash can to sweep, and there was just a lot of dust and cobwebs over the main floor. We absolutely loved the grounds, and how much space there was for our guests it's. Would love to stay again if they get better housekeeping.

    Manager Response:

We have high expectations of our housekeeping staff, and we understand these expectations weren’t met. We’ve worked together with our staff to ensure the job is done properly in the future. The shower curtain has been replaced.

This cabin was BEAUTIFUL and CLEAN! Cabin was easy to get to, close to all that Brian Head offers and well equipped. Communication and help from management was fantastic. I am already looking forward to renting this place again!

Beautiful home great amenities. Lovely property with pond in the back kids loved catching tadpoles! Great location close to stores and eating. Owners of the store in town helped us get our fishing rods ready for the kids very friendly!

There is a very hefty cleaning fee, which is understandable, except that there were multiple dishes that weren't clean when we went to use the kitchen. One baking dish still had food in it in the cupboard.

Also, upon our check in, the area had just received a heavy snowfall. No one with the maintenance or management team cleared the access to the cabin prior to our arrival (although I'm assuming someone had been out there, as there were footprints around the garage in the snow). The stairs leading to the front door were completely covered in snow (almost waist high!) which blocked access to the front door lockbox. I ended up having to CRAWL through the snow up the stairs to get to the lockbox, only to find that it was either broken, or the management team had provided the wrong lockbox code. The code for the garage also did not work. So I had to contact the management company to get access.

When I called to sort out the access problem at check in, my call went to voicemail as all agents were busy. No one ever returned my call, I had to keep calling back until someone finally answered the phone.

It's a beautiful home overall with fun games, movies, etc. However I would make sure if you rent it, to arrive several hours before check-in time to make sure you can actually get in before their management office closes for the day.

    Manager Response:

We apologize for these annoyances the guest experienced. The Property Manager has followed-up with housekeeping regarding this review. In the driving directions sent to our guests one week prior to check-in we instruct them to access the home through the garage. Again, we are sorry to see this stay was not as seamless as we would have hoped.

This is a beautiful cabin with beautiful views. It is comfortable, roomy and well furnished. We love Brianhead and would be happy to stay here again. Of special note is the pool table and the fireplaces.
It is a tough drive to get there if there's been a recent snow. My kids cars had a tough time...but to be fair we were thoroughly warned. Do take the warning about road conditions seriously.
We were disappointed that the can openers didn't work. Take one of your own. And we love pool, but some of the sticks were in poor repair.
Those are my only complaints and they are minor when compared with the beautiful cabin and the comfort and FUN we had. Lots of room outside to play in the snow. Our kids took our grandkids out to dig and play and we watched from the deck, which is another highlight.
    We really loved this vacation.

This trip was wonderful. We bring our grown kids and grandson together every year for a ski vacation. This year it was to Brian Head. The house was absolutely beautiful. It was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you need. The skiing was wonderful too. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you for the wonderful stay. We will definitely be recommending this house to our family and friends.

Every winter, our family rents larger cabin homes in Brian Head and this home was selected to accommodate our smaller party. The home was well equipped and it was great being so close to ski resort and local general store. Our teens enjoyed being able to sled and play behind the home.
The home's heating system does not adequately warm up the loft and upstairs bedrooms at night. This may be due to improper sealing of windows, cold air could be felt coming in from outdoors. We compensated by increasing thermostat but had to close vents to main and downstairs bedroom or these rooms would get too hot.
Our teens stayed on the third level and all noise (footsteps and voices) was clearly heard in the master bedroom.
A 4X4 vehicle or tire chains are needed, during winter, for this home which is not mentioned on listing.
Despite heating issue, our friends and family had a good time and would return since area home is located is great.

We enjoyed our stay and will be coming back soon. Property was well maintained, perfect location and easy to check-in and out. The garage was perfect to keep our vehicle out of the elements. My family and I enjoyed the pool table and games. We were close enough to the ski resort and view of the chairlift from the deck was nice. Can't wait to return

Great place to stay for the holiday . Plenty of room, very nice property everything was lovely. The property is in a very nice area close to resort. If there's snow perfect sledding hill right behind the house, kids had a great time. Inside we enjoyed the pool and foosball tables and games that were provided by the property. Can't say enough, great place!!!

This place was just as it was described. Plenty of room, beautiful views and central to many of the National Parks that we went too and hiked.
I would definitely stay there again if I was going to that area again. Weather was great everyday.

WE had a family get together and everyone young and old had a great time. There was plenty to do or just relax. We enjoyed the grill on the deck!! The cabin was just as the photos indicated and everything was first class. Lot was private, if they build across the street this may change somewhat but you would still have privacy. We went ATV riding right from the lot. We would love to come back.

Be prepared to be surrounded by wild life, unmatched wilderness and views that will relieve any stress. This is a mountain location and comes with an adjustment to the altitude for some. Enjoy the peaceful days and time around the campfire at night.

Our family had a great stay at this property. It was better than expected. It sits quietly on a cul-de-sac and we saw very few other people during our time there. We had plenty of room and loved playing pool and board games on the rainy days. We hiked, explored and rode ATVs (great trails) the rest of the time. The kids didn't want to leave, even for a ride into town to get treats. They were content to just hang out at the cabin. It was a sad day packing up to go home. We hope to get back soon!

Excellent place to stay. We have a large family and everyone enjoyed it. There was plenty of things to do and see between the pond out back and a large area for campfire, pool table, foosball table, and beautiful sites to visit close by.

Beautiful views, comfortable furnishings. Great location for a retreat. If your planning on visiting areas outside of southern Utah, this may not be the best location for you as this cabin is located in a remote area and driving to other locations is time consuming. If your looking for a place for R&R this is the perfect place.

By far the best vacation I've ever had! This home was spectacular. The stars at night are amazing up there. I couldn't hope for a better place to stay and can't wait to book another trip soon. So many rooms and so so close to the slopes it was perfect thank you again!
