Spent a great week with the family in this clean, spacious condo directly on the Beach. Watched the crabs in the sand while listening to the surf crash, drinking my morning coffee on the balcony. Perfect ocean view from the balcony as well as the front bedroom. Tons of room for 8 of us and didn't even need to pull out the sofa bed. The gated community was a quiet, peaceful place to just relax and soak up the sun. Just a short drive to a ton of activities and restaurants but secluded enough to shop and eat local. Clean. Quiet. Affordable. Awesome.

This unit is located on the first floor. It is just a walk around the corner to the beach, and very close to both pools.
There are some maintenance issues that should be addressed. These issues have been reported by several previous renters. I called the office myself and was told someone would be out to check. Then I received a phone message saying that someone would be out the next day to repair the problem. No one showed during our stay. This didn't ruin our vacation. We just lived with the problems.
The kitchen sink and faucet needs to be replaced. The left back burner on the stove did not work. There is not enough silverware and no baking pans. The light under the counter needs to be replaced. There was no vacuum cleaner that worked, and no broom. I did find a large push broom but no dust pan. We couldn't see out of the sliding glass door windows due to the ocean mist. But, it was obvious that the windows had not been cleaned. I bought Windex and cleaned them myself. I also bought a broom and dust pan. Of course I brought them home too. I bought a new shower curtain liner for the guest bathroom because the one there was mildewed. The sheets on the bed had hair and sand in them. I washed all the sheets myself and replaced them back on the bed. I received a text asking how clean the unit was upon my arrival, and I explained the bedding situation and that I was washing them myself. I received a response of, "ok, let us know if you need anything." The washer and dryer were awesome though!
Overall this is a good unit. It just needs a little TLC. I did turn in a list of items that we found needing attention at the end of our stay. We would rent again.

Where do I start? First of all, Vacasa is not doing a good job at all monitoring their rentals. This unit was FILTHY. From the minute we walked into the condo, we could see the dirt/dust on the walls, base boards, picture frames etc. The hot water in the “hall” bath shower/tub would not get hot (the sink water would but not the shower). There was toothpaste from the previous tenant left on the bathroom counter to the right of the faucet. Also, the toilet in this restroom was set crooked. The kitchen had an undermount sink and it was obvious that no one had EVER cleaned around the under mount. The coffee pot had something splattered all over it. There were plastic bags left on the counter. In addition to the filth, the unit is advertised as sleeping 8 people. There was only enough silverware to accommodate 5 people; there were no baking/cookie sheets at all (both of these issues were reported to Vacasa in May 2021, and they have yet to correct it). The back left eye of the stove did not work at all. Behind the dining table there was dried food on the wall. The middle bedroom shower had thick dust and grime on the wicker dresser. Even the wall behind it was covered with dust. The bathroom off of this bedroom had part of the drywall ripped off. There was mold in the knob used to turn the water on/off. The master shower has a handheld shower head. The flexible metal hose was COVERED in mold. Also, there were pieces of a bar of soap left in the bottom of the shower. Every corner (top and bottom) was molded. The bases of every toilet were covered in urine and hair. Apparently when the units are cleaned NO ONE EVER sweeps or dust mops under the beds, nightstands, couches, chairs or TV Stands. The laundry room was covered in lint and dust. The unit did not have a dustpan and the vacuum that was there just blew the dust/sand around. The dining table set 6 and there were 3 bar stools at the bar, however the stools were practically unusable. The stools were too tall for the bar. Also, I think it should be disclosed that there are not individual A/C units for each condo at this property. The whole building is on a chiller system and to matter what we did we could not get the temperature below 72. If you turned on any light, opened the curtains, or heaven forbid used the stove/over the temperature would shoot up to 75 within minutes and would take all night to come back down to 72. In addition to all the above, there was an apparent electrical issue. The oven locked itself while we were baking. The dishwasher came on over night (no one set the 4-hour delay) and continued to run until the next morning. The dryer would turn on and off by itself, the washer would turn itself off as well. Don't plan on watching anything on TV (the Olympics were on while we were there) but the TV would freeze and go black about every 5 minutes. We checked in on a Saturday, I called Vacasa Sunday morning to report the issues. They had someone come out and “spot” clean (only what we pointed out) and was supposed to send someone to check the AC. I had to call back Monday and again on Tuesday and again on Wednesday to report the same issues. Finally on WEDNESDAY the onsite maintenance people came to check the AC and faulty appliances but could not do anything to correct either issue. No one ever brought baking sheets as promised. I asked on Sunday that a manager from Vacasa to call me, I had to ask again on Tuesday and Wednesday. Finally, a manager called on Wednesday but was of no use. I have pictures of everything I mentioned above, would love to include those so no one else is DUPED like me

Both appliances are fully functional. During your stay, our maintenance technician assessed the AC unit and found that it was blowing out cold air at the correct temperature it was set to. Unfortunately in the warmer climate, going in and out of the home can cause the temperature to temporarily rise, but the AC unit will regulate shortly after. While the kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and utensils needed to prepare meals, bakeware is not typically stocked in the home. We attempt to be as transparent with our listings as possible by providing thorough amenities and supplies lists. We encourage guests to plan ahead if they anticipate needing additional items during their stay. We hope you will allow us the opportunity to provide you with a truly exceptional vacation experience in the future.

We are NOT happy. Although in years past, we have been very happy at Pinnacle Port, this unit was far from satisfactory. We searched for a place that would house 9 of us, and the listing for this place seemed to fit the bill, including a kitchen where we could "cook up a storm"
We paid over $4000 for the week, and this is what we experienced:
1. The heavy curtain rod over the sliding door to the balcony about to fall out of the wall.
2. Gouges in the wood work and door frames.
3. Hole in the closet door
4. Although the Vacasa listing said covered outlets (babyproof), they were not covered. Two of the outlets were "loose" and unsightly.
5. The outlet in the master bathroom had no power. We called and let them know but it was never fixed.
6. No screens in the master bedroom windows.
7. No mattress covers. No mattress pads. The sheets (although clean) lay directly on the the mattress. (ugh) In addition to this , the beds were NOT comfortable.
8. Only two burners worked on the stove top.
9. Kitchen ill equipped: There was one 8 inch skillet and 2 very small pans. There was not enough silverware. We had to buy cookware to make do. No dish towels.
10. The seats around the game table were literally falling apart. They were so wobbly and breaking/broken, we dared not sit in them.
11. The bar stools at the eating bar were not the right height. The seats themselves were almost exactly the same height as the counter top, so we could not even use them.
12. The place was not clean; we finally found a vacuum but the suction was horrible.
13. The closets in the kids room and in the second bedroom were so messily cluttered with "stuff" that there was hardly room to hang our clothes or store anything we brought.
14. Toys underneath the beds in the kids' room.
15. The listing was not clear on how many the kids' room would sleep When all said and done, when using the trundle, there was zero walking room.
16. Peeling paint in the second bathroom.
II The unit was NOT clean -
A. Sandy carpet, dust/sand under the beds, sand/dust in the window sills. Dead bugs in the window sills.
B. Sticky kitchen counter top, sticky kitchen cabinets, dirty/sticky stove top
C. Toilet in master bedroom was obviously not clean.
D. Visible dusty walls in the second bedroom
E. Small plastic play things on the carpet in the sitting room. Obviously the room had not been inspected nor vacuumed.
F The AC vents were dirty/ black/ moldy? Very unsightly and unsettling.
G. The refrigerator was missing a shelf and also one of the bars in the door storage. This cut down significantly on the storage for NINE people.
H. The Cable was a disaster. It was constantly buffering/ freezing up.
I Kitchen faucet was impossible to work with. Took forever to adjust the temp and took forever to turn it off.
I called 3 times and texted once about our problems, and ONE thing was taken care of - the curtain rod was fixed.
The Pros: Great location. Steps from the beach entry and steps from the pool.

We delivered a new set of pots and pans to your unit the day after you advised us you needed more. The Ac was checked and was working fine. The curtain rod was reattached more succurely, the electrical outlets were repaired. The stove burners were checked for connection issues and none were found. The occupancy we have on our listing site states only how many guests can be in the home. The sleeping arrangements are left up to the Guests. The issues that were not completed during your stay were needing additional parts or more experience personnel to look into them. We apologize for the impacts these issues may have had on your stay.

We stay at your property every summer. This was the worst we've ever stayed in. There was dust balls literarily on the walls in the bedrooms. One bathtub was stopped up. I had to call maintenance 3 times before it was addressed. I killed several red/pink bugs that were 3 inches long. There were no large pots, skillets, baking sheets to cook with. Super disappointed.

The condo was a very nice place to stay. However for a condo that is designed for nine people to sleep there, there should be at least nine forks spoons etc. there were seven forks and 3 teaspoons. There was no baking pan so as to bake biscuits. There was no Teflon spatula to use with the terrible three Teflon pots. There was not a pot large enough to use to feed nine people these were things I had to actually go and purchase. It’s the first time I’ve stayed in a condo in Panama City Beach that was not equipped in the kitchen for the number of people who were to stay there. This was at pinnacle Port we stayed here many many years and this is the first time that this has happened and we have stayed many times but the first time with Vacasa Being responsible for our reservation. Please try to fix this issue for the next large group of people that stay in the B1-105.

We love Pinnacle Port! My in-laws have been going there annually for 17 years. We've joined them for the last 8. The gated community has plenty of amenities nearby, but the beach doesn't get too crazy and there are no attractions to distract from the beauty of being at the beach. The soft white sand and nearby sandbars make the water accessible for young and old alike. There are 2 nice pools, but we barely touched them this year. This condo is comfortable and the pantry is a HUGE plus over other units we've stayed in. We hope to return to Pinnacle Port and this unit again next year.
