Bright and airy, this home creates the perfect, peaceful, waterside retreat. Snuggle up with a blanket and grab a good book while enjoying the sights and sounds of the water, boats, and birds nearby. After a day of adventures, you can even stream your favorite show or movie while staying warm by the fire. The home also features a fully equipped kitchen to entertain your group. During low tide, the home has a beachfront where guests can kayak or paddleboard (not provided) and collect shells.

While feeling secluded, this home is conveniently located just a mile from downtown Kingston. Downtown, you can enjoy local restaurants, shops, and breweries. Just a few minutes away is the Kingston passenger-only Fast Ferry to/from downtown Seattle or the local Kingston-Edmonds ferry. For picturesque views of Puget Sound, head 11.6 miles north to Point No Point Lighthouse, and for even more gorgeous scenery you can explore nearby A Quiet Place Park.

This house was clean and well stocked. The views are spectacular! The road is a bit tough with limited parking. Bring a cart to transfer your belongings. It's a hike to and from parking and the rental. We would definitely come back for another get away.

Man the view was great and the modern furniture was nice.. but that was where it ended. The property management company failed to clean the place... during a PANDEMIC! We had to call and hound them, and even then they screwed up again and no showed us till it was too late in the evening. We ended up having to clean up the rental ourselves just to stay the first night. The amenities were newer, but the kitchen was VERY sparsely stocked. 1 cooking pan.... not even salt and pepper. If they can get their act together, this place could be amazing.

The location is perfect. Remote and ‘away from it all’ while still having everything you need just 10 minutes away. The views are spectacular and the neighbors and home owners are very friendly. At low tide you can walk out on to the sound and enjoy tide pools and water access. Planning to rent again for another visit later this summer. It was that good.

Two details to note; this is not a single family dwelling but rather a duplex property. It was no bother at all but it’s not clearly apparent in the ad. Again, the owners were lovely so it had no impact, but for those wishing more privacy its a consideration. The second note is that the kitchen is not fully equipped as advertised. There is one pot and one small frying pan. Bring kitchen ware.
