If you're going to cook at this property, good luck. We found, 1 teaspoon, 1 soup spoon, 4 dinner forks, 4 salad forks, 6 dinner plates, no useable skillet, 2 water glasses and a ton of useless cookware like a springform pan and a candy thermometer! The 12 cup coffee maker carafe was cracked so we found & used a 4 cup coffee maker.
The dishwasher was beeping and appeared to be in mid-cycle when we checked in. We got it to stop beeping but couldn't turn it off. And opening the door pulls the whole unit out from under the counter. We washed all dishes by hand. Couldn't get the grill to work. The counters are missing tile edging in many places and the sink looks like it was too small for the hole cut in the counter.
Hot tub was nice but we couldn't get water temp higher than 99 degrees. We found a pair of women's underwear in the dryer.
Bedrooms & bathrooms were fine but overall the house just seems shabby and needs a thorough clean-out both inside & out.
IDK who is in charge of keeping this house attractive to renters but whoever it is - you're failing.

Very spacious for the family of 5 we had and could have easily accommodated a few more. Great views and private resting areas out back. Convenient location right in between Winter Park and Grand Lake. I would definitely stay again!
