The unit was spotless and had everything we needed for a weekend getaway at Kiawah Island. It was nice to be able to sit back and take quick siesta out in the breezy screened patio after a long hot day at the beach. Thank You Vacasa!

Terrific 2 bd 2 bath unit and so easy to walk to tennis, market, beach, & park., & the Sanctuary. Bike rentals are walking distance, too. Very clean, comfortable, and quiet! Thanks for a wonderful vacation & memories!

We chose this because it was pet friendly. It was all hardwood and tile floors. It was very clean and smelled nice. Great location. Nice 10 min walk to the beach. FYI...I thought I read there was a "starter kit" of supplies but there was no dishwasher detergent nor laundry detergent. I called Vacasa and they said they would bring some dishwasher tabs so I could start dishwasher when I checked out. Two days passed and they never showed up. No biggie, but it would have been nice if they followed up.

Centrally located, which made accessing various activities of Kiawah easy. Unit was reasonably clean, but not immaculate (hair in drain tub, sand on floor and one of the beds). Some of the light fixtures missing bulbs so rooms felt dark. Furniture and kitchen appliances felt very heavy used (old and outdated).

For our first time at Kiawah, this place did not disappoint. It was about a 10-15 min walk to the beach, 15 min drive to the Freshfields market with great restaurants and shopping and right next to the tennis courts. The place was clean, stocked with necessary items and perfect for our three day stay. We would highly recommend this place!

First stay in Kiawah. The island is lovely. This villa/condo looks very similar to the pictures, but there are underlying problems. There is a strong smell of mold which is very noticeable and made staying here unpleasant. (visible mold spots on ceiling)The bugs were the second issue. Very large cockroaches were in the unit and I woke up with one on my arm! Unacceptable! There were also ants in the bathroom which was minor compared to the other issues. Vacasa did send someone out to address the ants and offer a can in bug spray. After the incident involving the roach in the bed, Vacasa has not returned my call regarding the visit. If these things are addressed, the unit may be ok to utilize but not until then.

Location can’t be beat if you are at Kiawah to play some tennis. You can also easily walk to the market for a quick bite or restocking of essential groceries. Villa is extremely clean, great HVAC and most importantly bug free! Vacasa process is seamless, especially with the available app. Some minor misses (master bed is “springy”, 2 missing slabs from sliding door plastic curtain, master shower is extremely dark), but other than that...perfect. Ah...second floor neighbors stomped a bit...but can’t control that. Will definitely stay here again...love Kiawah, this unit and Vacasa management team.

The condo was very basic and the sheets had not been changed and the comforter was full of dog hair (??). The location and premises were very nice,

When I made the reservations, the photos that I was shown was a villa in front of a pond. The actual villa was in front of a huge pile trees and scrubs that had been torn down, the internet ser ice was terrible and the irons did not work, even after the Maintenance staff replaced it, when I called to report the tv and cable issues, the operator was not very pleasant in her tone and telling me my situation was not an emergency, needless to say, we were there all night with no tv or internet service, the next morning before maint. arrived we were able to figure the problem with the cable. If customers are not getting the accommodations advertised then your company shouldn't advertise as such
