We loved the cabin. Good for 3 to 4 people max. The road to get to the cabin was small, partially unpaved, and long, like a maze. The only 2 things we didn't like were the grill, which it was very dirty when we got there , and the hot tub, the ports where the filter is, i was rusty, it didn't look pleasant for us to get in, which it was disappointing, we were looking forward to it. Besides that, the cabin was nice and cozy. We enjoyed our stay at the mountains. Its our third time going to the mountains, and our second time with Mountain Laurel Cabins.
This place had a great view, was clean, and convenient to all the wineries and shopping! Would recommend to anyone looking for a great getaway!
Great Cabin, exactly what we were looking for.
This company is great there customer service is excellent. We stayed in the 3 bears lodge cabin with nothing but great things to say. Very clean, well taken care of, and the views were amazing. Their rates are very competitive the only thing I would like to see changed in the future is early check in fees. I believe this would make this company above and beyond everyone else. Can’t wait to stay again.
Stayed in “3 Bears”. Beautiful cabin. Exceptionally clean. Nice screened deck with BBQ. Close to Blue Ridge, Blairsville and Ellijay. Used the Hot Tub on deck a couple of times, and spent most mornings on deck with coffee and evening with beer/wine. Very good shopping and eating in Blue Ridge.
I stayed at 3 bears cabin it felt like home. It had all your amenities including cable and a wonderful view of the mountains. Everything was close including little stores and Walmart. My only complaint would be the road that goes to and from the cabin due to a lot of rain it made it very difficult to drive-through due to the road being very unkept And mainly clay so I would recommend if you have 4 by 4 make sure you drive that
We recently stayed at two of the Mountain Laurel cabins. The first one was A Bird’s Eye View. It was a beautiful cabin with an amazing view. It also had a fenced in area for our two dogs. The second cabin was Cabin Sweet Cabin. It was nice and peaceful, and was easier to get to than the first cabin. All the office staff was great, especially Kim Satterfield and the maintenance man, Danny Oliver. We definitely recommend Mountain Laurel!
Great place! This particular unit was adorable with a bear theme! Loved it! Very clean, quiet, serene.... we had an issue with the internet and the Mountain Laurel Cabin Rentals staff helped us resolve it quickly.
Verry relaxing great view Hot tub was worth the whole trip will be coming back in the future. Bridge was getting work on so we had a diffrent route to the cabin. It took 20 min threw the mountain to arive at the most relaxing place ive ever been.
This was our third stay with Mountain Laurel! We stay in a different cabin each time and have always enjoyed ourselves. Majestic Pines, Three Bears, and Angler's Rest were all fantastic. Each cabin has been very peaceful and there is a great hiking trail nearby. The only real complaint I have is that last year a snow storm came in while we were in the cabin and we could not drive off of the mountain (Floridians and snow do not mix) - we had severe loss of traction and at one point rolled down the mountain backwards. We called the office to see if they could help us in any way and basically told us we were on our own. Luckily a resident was willing to drive us off the mountain! I would encourage the cabin company to warn guests PRIOR to their visit that a big storm is coming and if they are not comfortable driving in snow, offer to reschedule their stay. But all in all, Mountain Laurel is great and I would recommend staying in any of their cabins!
The cabin was high up in the mountains and the roads were really curvy and not paved...I get a little nauseous but that's me!! The scenery must be spectacular in the fall!! So that's a minor complaint but I would still rent the same one again!! The whole cabin was really cute!! Clean and really well decorated. Comfy beds and it had everything we needed.
