We enjoyed our stay at The 401 & loved the view from the back porch! The only issues we had were minor things. The cabin smelt strongly of smoke from where the previous renters had a fire in the fireplace & the couch was covered in dog/cat hair. We opened the windows when we arrived to let the smoky smell out & used one of the extra bed sheets from the closet to cover the couch. Other than that, everything was great.
Manager response:
Hello Alex, We apologize there was dog hair on the couch. This is not the high standard of cleanliness we hold ourselves too. We have notified our local management team to address this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience and do hope you will allow us to host you again in the future.

My 401k cabin rental is the ideal vacation getaway, the cabin is warm and inviting, has every thing you can imagine, we felt like we were staying in a five star hotel. I will recommend it to all of my family friends and co-workers.

Just perfect! The pictures don’t do the views justice. We had a relaxing and romantic vacation here. Everything needed to cook tasty meals. The lower deck was fun to play games. Loved relaxing in the hot tub. We had a wonderful time and will be back to this cabin.

I want to start by saying that Blue Ridge has to be one of the most beautifully scenic places I have been. The lush green surroundings are a marvel. My 401, the cabin we rented, was beyond our expectations. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The interior decor was homey and comfortable. The room setups were perfect for our family and gave us all a little bit of our own space when needed. The hot tub was a treat. The WIFI did go out the second day we were there due to the max useage for the month for the owners plan. Unfortunately on the night before our last full day a terrible storm arrived and went all through the night causing the power to go out at 3am. Power was not restored by the time we had to check out making the last day and night uncomfortable without AC or a running refrigerator. We also were quite frugal with water as it was on a well system. We were told by some locals that the power goes out often. We definitely would visit Blue Ridge again and even request to stay in the same cabin. Our only requests would be that maybe the owners could install an in ground generator and increase their WIFI plan. Thank you!

The cabin was lovely. It was very cozy and cute! The view from the porch was breath taking! A beautiful and peacefull place. We saw several deer on the side of the road. The only thing I did not love was the road to the cabin. It was very narrow steep and twisty. Of course that can not be helped. Keep in mind I live in Florida! Lol! A wonderfull place to relax. I highly recommend staying there.

Wow. Looking for a vacation cabin getaway?? Look no further. This cabin is beautiful! The 15 minute drive up the mountain is such a scenic drive and really puts you in a secluded area. Although not alone, this cabin has alot of space between its neighbors giving you tons of privacy. We loved the view off the balcony and the hot tub at night! The cabin exceeded our expectations. Fully furnished with silverware, dishes, soap, towels, WiFi, etc, the only thing we really needed to get was food! The downstairs balcony has a dart board and a ring swing game along with a table, chairs, and a swinging bench! Everything was very neat and clean upon arrival. Although this was our first stay at a cabin in Georgia, I know which cabin I’m coming back to next time.. Thank You My 401!!! Best stay ever!!!
