The view was unbeatable! This was everything we wanted in a mountain vacation. The house was clean, and had all of the amenities we needed. We loved spending time on each of the decks.

Just lovely. This place is now on the top of our list to rent again. All gravel road once you turn in from Hwy 76. You wil be on paved road about less than 1/4 mile before you get to the cabin. Beautiful view and home is in a gated community (about 14 homes). House is very clean and stocked with toaster, pots, pans, crockpot, air-fyer, plates, bowls, mugs/glasses, gas range, and plenty of kitchen utensils. Grill works great and they have the grilling utensils. Just need to bring an extra drip pan to catch the grease and a scraper for the grates of the grill. You need to bring your own cooking ingredients as they are not stocked (like salt/pepper, cooking oil, etc). Ingles supermarket is close by. Not having this stocked was no issue nor a deal breaker given the current COVID situation. Washer/dryer on main level. Had an issue with the A/C not cooling (low on freon), called the emergency contact and they arrived within 90mins! Great customer service! You're 15mins south of Blue Ridge and 20mins north of Ellijay. The neighbors accross the street has 3 dogs that they let roam free. And we met Luna the 2nd day when we came home from our day hike at Duke's Creek Falls (she's the dark grey/black Irish Wolfhound). We pulled in the driveway and she came running down towards us with excitement (as the previous person commented). Luna is very friendly and so are the other 2. All in all, we had an amazing stay....wished we could've stayed longer. Until next time....

Really enjoyed our time at Whiskey Ridge. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Only recommendation would be some basic pantry items (salt and pepper, napkins, etc) and a coffee table in the main living room. Biggest issue was the neighbors dogs across the street who regularly (and energetically) visited, jumping up against the porch fence. Our skittish dog could not go out for a walk because we never knew when they would come running over and we didn’t want to risk confrontation, and just using the fenced in porch (fantastic!) was hard because the dogs would come over. Neighbor needs to stay out with dogs when they are let out. They were not aggressive but one (Luna, as we learned) was very energetic and liked to jump up. Would love to stay again, though— beautiful house!

Wanted to get the family out for Mother’s Day weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The cabin was perfect. The gated wrap around porch was great for the lab. The views from the deck were super. I would highly recommend this cabin for a family. There’s plenty of hiking in the area. We went yo Fall Branch Falls just 15 minutes from the cabin, it’s only a half hour to Amicolola Falls State Park. Highly recommend staying at this cabin.

The most perfect views and beautiful sunsets! So much room to move around. Dog friendly! The porch is enclosed so the dogs can roam without worry! Kitchen was well stocked with essentials. Everything was super clean! We seriously considered extending our stay! Can’t wait to return!! Just perfect!
