Cherokee Sunset is the most serene and peaceful cabin I've ever rented! The view is beautiful from every deck! The cabin itself is better equipped than my own home; there are three king size beds that are very comfortable, the kitchen has everything you could possibly want or need including a Keurig. There is a perfectly lovely screened in porch that is furnished with enough seating for six or more people and has an outside fireplace. And to top it all off, it's pet friendly so we were able to bring our little Bumbles with us. And the management at Mountain Laurel was friendly and professional and the check-in / check-out process is amazingly easy because they have an electronic door knob and you just put your code. My family and I look forward to coming back many times. The only negative is that the last road to the cabin is gravel. All the other roads are asphalted.
