very old and outdated. Mattresses are not fit to sleep on unless you like rolling in a "jello" bed. Needs a major facelift and better cleaning. Rugs very dirty. Furniture is fabric and pretty dirty. I sprayed microban every where.

The building and location were prefect, gated entrance, never had to fight for a parking spot, beach was never over crowded. It felt really nice and spacious the whole time we were there. The unit itself is a little bit dated, but overall was really nice and had everything we really needed for our trip. We'll definitely be coming back to this unit in the future.

Truly was home away from home. Had everything you needed. There were plenty of linens, dishes, cookware, etc. The view was beautiful. The pool area was nice and the heated pool was fantastic! I will stay here again.

First off, the view is amazing and the space is nice. We enjoyed the pool as it was heated to a nice 86 degrees. However, the condo is outdated and was not adequately cleaned. The floors were so dirty they turned our feet black and the carpets and rugs were stained. The couch had crumbs from previous guests. We spotted a roach looking bug. The beds were not very comfortable (one is broken), the sheets were not adequate, and the towels were stained. We had to go to Target and buy our own sheets and towels. The refrigerator is loud and needs to be replaced. This place has so much potential, but needs some TLC!

Very nice place to stay. The beach was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable, but the unit could have been cleaned a little more. ( not nasty but could have used a little more) over all a great place to stay.
