*Dear guest, please note that starting Monday, February 14th, a “mast extender” will be installed on the west side of the west tower. It’s recommended all blinds/curtains on that side of the building (in the units ending in 4) be closed. The west parking lot is closed until further notice in order to protect guests’ vehicles from construction traffic. All safety signs and barricades must be obeyed at all times.
Please note that as of 11/1/2020: Both pools and the hot tubs are now open. The grills by the pool deck are also open for guest use. The tennis courts and gazebos are closed with no timetable of reopening. With the exception of the fitness centers, which are now open, all other indoor amenities are closed until further notice and the business centers are open for mail pickup and drop-off only.
Per Indigo HOA's request, all guests are required to provide the license plate number(s) to their front desk before their arrival date in order to keep a record of everyone who's staying on their property. *Starting on February 14th major construction will be taking place on the property. The buildings will be under construction that the property incurred from Hurricane. This construction will take place roughly 9 months or longer weather permitting. There will be loud noise and drilling on the property between the hours of 8 AM-5 PM.*
