This beautiful condo features a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a cozy living room with a gas fireplace, beautifully updated bathrooms, and a private balcony. The unit has four flatscreen TVs and a DVD player. There is also central air-conditioning and a private washer and dryer for your convenience. The main bedroom suite features a king-size bed and an attached main bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a king. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Youth Sports Notice: Trappeur's Crossing Resort is not a member of Triple Crown or other youth sports lodging programs and is unable to accept any participants at this property.

Parking Notes: Parking: All vehicles must have a valid parking pass displayed on their dash. Limited parking is available in the Champagne Lodge Garage - a room key is needed for access. Sorry, RV's and trailers cannot be accommodated. Suggestions for overflow parking: Trappeur's Amenity Center, under the tennis court, and in front of the traffic circle. Limited street parking is available seasonally but cannot be guaranteed. Off-site option, valid for 72-hours of free parking: Stockbridge Center, 1505 Lincoln Ave, Steamboat Springs, CO 80488

Loved the location and the ease of getting to the slopes. The two masters made it ideal for sharing with another family. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Everything was fine but too dusty, old carpets and dirty, A/C from living room and master room draining water, ask for it to be fixed and they didn't showed up, had to have it off the whole time ... so a/c not working .

We appreciate you staying with us, Carla. It's disappointing to read you didn't have a better experience. The carpet is scheduled to be shampooed prior to the spring. The air conditioner drains onto the private deck which means the line will freeze and clog up during the winter time. We ask that guests refrain from using this feature unless the days are warm. We recently returned from a beautiful weekend in Steamboat and stayed in Champagne Lodge 3209. We loved that there were three beds (King, King, Queen) rather than twin beds in a room. This worked better for our group of three couples. The condo was clean upon arrival and check in was easy.

What wasn't so great was the main bathroom toilet had been completely turned off and obviously had a leak/bad seal. I would expect that all fixtures be fully functioning prior to guests arrival. By the time we noticed the issue, it was too late to contact a maintenance person so we called the next morning. Due to their COVID policies, we had to leave the condo in order to have maintenance come in and assess the issue. When we returned, the toilet was working, but the water ran all weekend so the leak wasn't completely resolved. At least we had a functioning toilet though.

The carpet is a little worse for wear within the condo. When spending over $400 (all in total) per night during the summer, I would suggest that some of the money go to help address things like a leaking toilet and unraveling carpet.

Overall, we were very comfortable in the condo at Champagne Lodge. We're looking forward to returning to Steamboat next summer!
