This House is truly a gem, great space, very quiet and centrally located to head to Tahoe City or head south to South Tahoe. Great places to walk around and take in the view. We had 7 people stay the weekend and the house was certainly large enough, we never felt cramped at all! Very nice home!

This place blew everyone in our party away. It was so clean and everything was nice and new feeling. Enough space for a party and all the cooking tools needed to take to the kitchen. The only two complaints are the upstairs bathroom unlocks from the outside which is awkward. Also the people who stayed before us left the bear box open so we had to clean up trash all over the driveway. Other than that is was a great stay!

What a trip!! We just happened to book this home during the biggest snow storm in quite some time. We couldn't get into the home for 3 days because of all the snow. After finally arriving on Thursday (originally scheduled for Monday) we were overjoyed to finally be here! Vacasa was outstanding in accommodating our needs and frustrations! The home is warm and inviting, the kitchen does need some updating with pots and pans and some organization of where to find things. We definitely had a great time despite the time it took to get here!

This home is very spacious and well kept.

House was good overall. Good location lot of place to play around the house where we had fun with the sled.
House was little dirty with dirty couch and beds.
Don't expect any little groceries like even salt &oil!! Pack everything coz there is nothing.
Kitchen pots and pans were all scratched non stick pans which was in a trashing condition and there was no other options.
With little more deep cleaning and updated kitchen utensils it could be a good home.
Manager response:

The furniture, hot tub, and appliances are all in a great condition. Very spacious and cozy. Amazing feel of living in the woods. An easy 5 Stars for us. We can't wait to come back soon.

We rented this home to get the last ski of the season in and also because it was dog friendly. The home was huge and stocked w most everything you’d need! Felt like we were staying at a friends house! It was walking distance to parks and easy drive to the slopes. While not fenced in, there was lots of yard area to feel private. The home was very clean and the hot tub was fantastic after skiing! Just some minor maintenance issues (could not figure how to turn on bathtub jets; towel rack fallen; loose faucet bases) but they were not a big deal. Great stay, highly recommend!

We had a great time at the house. The house is clean, enough rooms, and nice and it is close by Homewood Ski Resort.

I had booked the home for a total of 6 people, including a small 3 pound Yorkie.

My family of four stayed in this house which could accommodate up to 12 people. We had a friend from Sacramento join us for two nights, and another friend from Reno visit during one of the days for a couple of hours (masks on). Regardless of the small number of friends (due to Covid mandates), the house would have been comfortable even with max capacity.

Best of all, it was my Yorkie's first longish (4hr drive from San Jose) trip by driving—and she felt super comfortable and excited in the unfamiliar house. As soon as we showed her the bathroom downstairs and her pee pad, she memorized it's location and took to it quickly for the rest of the stay. Also, she didn't need to pester us much to go on walks outside, because the house had plenty of rooms to explore.

The home has big bedrooms and large kitchen. It’s next door to a campsite. Close walk to Lake Tahoe. We saw a bear down the road from the house. Close neighbors. No problems getting in or with the house. I recommend.
