This is the only property in Perdido Key offering guests golf and beach amenities. Relax together in the furnished living area or while cooking up some local seafood on the private gas grill.

The Beach Club is directly on the beach, less than a half-mile from the home. Fishing, swimming, and general beach activities are allowed at the private community beach! Lost Key Golf Club, home to an 18-hole Arnold Palmer Championship golf course, is just under a mile away from the townhouse. Stairs and stairs in all units with the resort and no basic spices. Resort bar and beach are a bit further than expected but their was a shuttle.

The management team was very responsive during our stay. The condo was clean and a short walk to the pool, gym, beach and golf club. Since it was cool out, we struggled to find something to do, so I left a Perdido Key magazine for future guests to reference.

We loved our stay at the Salty Hog. It’s the perfect distance from the beach and the kids loved having the option to go to the pool as well. The house was clean and well stocked with basic necessities. A second key would have been nice, but we were able to make it work with just one. We will definitely keep this house on our list for future beach trips!

Great townhome in a gated club right across the street from the beach! Beautiful home with so much space even with 7 in our group. Dog friendly, comfy beds, great kitchen, and a bathroom for every room! You do have to climb stairs to get in and around the home but not an issue for us. We loved the outdoor back deck that over looked the pond and gulf course; patio furniture could use an update, but still a peaceful space. Pool and fitness center are within walking distance and there is another gulf view pool and bar across the street at the beach club! Super easy parking at the the public beach access or you can take the shuttle to the beach club. We did have a hard time figuring out the shuttle app but were able to flag down a shuttle and get a ride.
Overall we loved this space it was nicely decorated and very clean I would definitely stay here again!

A few things I'd love to help future guests out with. First, the information packet given to you is not completely clear. Yes, there is a free shuttle, but to catch it there's no phone number. They do provide an app to track shuttle, however the password was incorrect on the information I was given. Simple typo, but I obviously cannot reveal the actual password. I finally figured it all out and caught the shuttle to the beach by tracking its movement through the app. Shuttle driver was pleasant, beach was wonderful. I was not able to check out the "Beach Club" as it was closed.
Second, stairs, stairs, stairs!!!!!!!!!! Families with young children and elders beware! To reach the front door you must climb one flight. Even if you enter via the garage, one flight. One bedroom is downstairs, three up. All bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. The master is very spacious. Air conditioning works SO GOOD!!!
Third, the property is supposed to be non-smoking, however upon entering the property is was obvious that guests have smoked inside. If you are not bother by "a slight smell" you will adjust as I did.
The community pool is wonderful! Plenty big for everyone to enjoy.

great house, everything was incredible, I liked it a lot, it is a house for large families, ..... but what was needed, ... was that the people who clean, take a little more time to be able to clean better and also have than leaving more garbage bags, kitchen towels and leaving the trash can empty

Loved that all 8 of us had spacious, well decorated bedrooms and our own bathroom. We enjoyed the pool down the street that we could have walked to, but the heat prompted us to drive. Beds were so comfortable! The kitchen had everything we needed.

this house was phenomenal front to back, looks new, has a lot of bathrooms compared to other houses i saw when i was looking for a rental, really close to the beach, we enjoyed it a lot, and we all loved it
