What's nearby:
This gem of a home is on the north side of the island. North beaches have a little harder sand (more seashells during low tide) and are less populated than the other Tybee beaches. The home is within walking distance of many island activities and restaurants, dog parks, and different beach access points. You'll also be near Tybee Island Marine Science Center, Fort Severn, North Beach Grill (waterfront dining), Tybee Historic Lighthouse, and Huc-A-Poos Bites and Booze (voted the best nightlife). Tybee Island offers many activities and has a very laid-back atmosphere, providing the best of both worlds for vacationers. Dining options abound nearby in case you'd like to try some local cuisine. Historic Fort Screven is half a mile away. Tybee offers many different beach rental activities from kayaks, paddleboards, bikes, golf carts, and more.

The house was beautiful. Very comfortable and clean. Very close to the beach. We had a great stay.

This was the perfect setup for our family. We loved the 10 minute walk to the beach and enjoyed a scarcely populated beach at the end of June. Just perfect! The fully stocked kitchen was great for cooking and the beautiful sunroom was a perfect office for us to get a little work done when needed. Will happily stay again.

The location of this roomy house was convenient to the Tybee Lighthouse and the beach; all within walking distance.

Very conveniently located to all North beach has to offer. You will be directly across the street from an RV park and campground, which we were not aware of when we booked. The house is cute but incredibly dirty. All walls look to have years of buildup and grime and dings which are shoddily patched up with spackle on top of paint. It was so bad I walked around and cleaned all walls by door handles as they were brownish gray with grime buildup from dirty hands. It is not well maintained. There was black masking tape over some hole in tub and a broken pipe which caused laundry water to pour out of the house as well as a totally broken towel rack. Kitchen is well equipped with nice dishes and glasses. Sheets are scratchy and old. It’s too bad bc it’s a cute house spaced out well.

Stayed for a week with my kids and Mom. Excellent location with walk to the beach and easy drive into Savannah. Comfortable home with room for everyone. Great stay!

This was our first time to Tybee Island, and it was a joy. This house turned out to be perfect for us, a simple 12 minute walk past the lighthouse to the beach. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Surprised the family with a small beach getaway. The family was over the moon excited when they walked in and picked their bedrooms. We will definitely be returning this summer

We loved meeting up with family at this Tybee Island home. It had everything you needed to enjoy a week's stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with more than enough essentials, from coffee maker, blender, toaster, convection oven for those small reheated takeout meals, a waffle maker, griddle, plenty of pots, pans, dishes, etc! We used the grill and cooked in a few nights at the home. Plenty of space for the family. Lovely view of the marsh and the sunroom was our favorite place to enjoy coffee in the morning and playing cards in the evening. We walked to the nearby beach and Tybee Island lighthouse (only a few blocks away). The drive into Savannah was only about 20 minutes max. We took the Savannah bike tour our first morning to get a feel for the area. Loved learning about the history and green space Savannah has to offer. Another day we visited Fort Pulaski. This home was the perfect location for our adventures. I was worried we'd be too far from the city and only get to visit Savannah one or 2 nights. But, instead, it was the opposite-only one night we stayed on the island and didn't go to Savannah. Instead, we ordered Pizza On Wheels (highly recommend!). Delish! This Tybee home was perfectly located for our first time visiting the Savannah area. Absolutely loved our stay!

We spent a month at this house on Tybee Island. The house was very comfortable, had all of the amenities and was in a great location. The room overlooking the marsh was a favorite of all of us. We saw many beautiful egrets and shore birds flying by every day. We had 2 dogs with us so it was nice that there were also 2 dog parks very close by. Very relaxing space - and nice neighborhood, very close to the lighthouse and great restaurants nearby!

The location of this home was perfect. I rented a bike for the week and rode all over. We ate all meals at the house.
