The staff was wonderful!

Everything was extremely nice and clean. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Great ski in/out mountain.

We were overall satisfied with the room. The bed and pillows were great but the room was exceptionally dark at all hours of the day regardless of the open windows and every light on. The fridge didn’t work to keep things cold enough and the shower head(s) where not ideal as they could be for how nice the furniture and tiles/fixtures were. It was a mixed bag. We loved the resort and the place was spotless, but three days with no lights in the room (and even a cloudless Colorado sunshine couldn’t alleviate) and a fridge that couldn’t keep our leftovers safely cold was a bit of a let down.
Manager response:
thank you for your review, Susan. The property manager is updating the fridge, lights, and shower head. We hope you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you again!

This is a great option to staying directly in town. The rooms are nice, and having the shuttle is a major bonus. Definitely will be back.

the bed was terrible and mattress badly lopsided so my husband was significantly lower than me on his side. there isn't any drawer space for personal belongings per se. Only baskets under an ottoman for smaller items. No water provided in room and no water filling stations for late night thirst :(. understand COVID limits housekeeping but there should've been a way to get more coffee and towels from a central place self service.
An ok stay but for the cost this place was lacking polish and details. BBQ is amazing highly recommend the restaurant of "HOME TEAM"
Shuttle is great and always available to run in to town. Prompt helpful staff and was so easy.
Manager response:
