The room I stayed in was really comfortable and clean. The on-site restaurant has amazing BBQ and a nice bar for a night cap.
The shuttle is really convenient. You are 5 min from the airport and about the same to downtown. The shuttle will take you and pick you up at both places.

We stayed at this unit for one night since our flight was cancelled. The beds were comfortable and the view facing the mountain was great. Also, being on the first floor gave easy access to the snow for my kids to play, lifts, and pool/hot tub. It would've been nice to have more wall hooks, towel bar, and a bigger refrigerator.

The room was comfy but the real treat is how great the staff is here. I would give it 5 stars for the staff but knocked a star off due to the walls being thin and can hear neighbors and people in hallways very easily.

I stayed at The Inn at Aspen in 2 different rooms. I wanted to stay another day but my room had allegedly been booked already so I had to move rooms. This room 1116 was freezing, the heater wasn't blowing hot air only warm air, and there was no insulation between the heating unit and the outside air. Cold air was leaking through the door cracks and around the heating unit attached to the wall/window area. We liked our old room 1150 better. We froze in this room.

Turns out no one even checked in to our old room after we were made to move. So I would say the management at the inn could use improvement. Also heard several customers complaining at the front desk in the lobby about dirty sheets and rooms on arrival.
