We recently had a two night stay and enjoyed the condo and found to homey and comfortable. The aesthetic is well done and all of the appliances and conveniences were very nice. Thew view of the aspens turning yellow were an added bonus!

Unit 308 at Borders Lodge August 21-28, 2022 was perfect for me, my wife and our daughter and husband. Great view of and proximity to Beaver Creek Village center. Very nice and comfortable furnishing. We appreciated the cordial and attentive staff who were always there for us. We are in our mid 70's and our guests are in their 50's. Three issues: 1. The toilets are very low to the floor and do not have ADA bars to assist those who need assistance; 2. Only one car per unit allowed in the garage; however, remote parking for our second car was made available at no charge at the gated entry area; 3. The ice maker did not work so we bought ice at the grocery store so not really an issue. Overall, this facility and unit were very nice and comfortable and we had a very good stay. We would recommend this unit if you do not need ADA assistance bars in the bathrooms. Would be perfect for physically fit adults and young children.
Manager response:
John, thank you for sharing your experience with us, we are glad you enjoyed our lovely home. Please in the future when booking, check the amenities list for ADA homes. We are so glad to hear the issues that came up during your stay were taken care of by local staff. We look forward to welcoming you back for another wonderful getaway in the future! Thank you!

Only complaint were the beds, bit lumpy. Other than that nice place, clean and good location.

Loved the location but was told the ski out lift would be closed 1 week before our arrival. It did open however for 2 hours on first day, so it was one time ski out-ski in anytime. The ice maker was good for about 12 cubes a day so we were glad we bought ice before arriving. The dishwasher sounded like a truck and was replaced mid-stay with a very nice one that didn't work at all. Maintenance came in to inspect for a leak onto the condo below us but could not find any leaks in out bath room. Only a slight inconvenience for us. Humidifier didn't work as they had the same amount of water we put into them on arrival on the departure day. Needed them as the thermostat didn't really control the temp and it was very dry and warm. Still had a good time!
Manager response:
Hi, James! We appreciate your review and are so glad you stayed with us. The chairlift is operating between 9am-11am. The dishwasher and ice maker have both been replaced and are brand new. We hope to host you again very soon.

Nice condo with a good location. Unfortunately Elkhorn lift was closed due to staffing issues at BC. Very nice complex overall
Natalia B. Jan 2022
Nice and cozy condo but it is not ski in or ski out unless you are lucky enough to be there when the lift next to it happens to open. I feel that I overpaid for the condo rental to not have had that amenity.
Manager response:
Natalia, we are happy to hear that you enjoyed our beautiful space. We apologize if the lift nearest to the home was not open during your stay with us, as well as any inconvenience this caused your party. We will be sure to follow up with the HOA that manages these facilities and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We hope to host you for a truly enjoyable getaway in the future!

What an amazing place. Beaver Creek is absolutely beautiful. The Borders Lodge is perfectly located on the edge of the village that allows for quiet evenings and less than a 10 minute walk to all restaurants and shopping. The accommodations were great for our family of 5. Clean, quiet and convenient.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Great layout for our family. A big plus is that we could walk out the door, put on our skis and ski to the lift. I would stay here again and again
