Just a short walk to the Sun Ridge Recreation & Tennis Center, this spacious three-story, 3-bedroom (and open den), 2-full bath (plus 2 half bath) end townhome - with pond view and two master suites - offers an exceptional base camp for your family's next beach adventure! The first floor features the open den (with queen sleep sofa) and half bath. The second floor offers the living and dining areas, as well as the well-equipped kitchen and a half bath. The top floor offers the master suite, plus two additional bedrooms and another full bath. The Bayside Health & Aquatic Club is home to a heated 75-foot, five-lane indoor pool, hot tub, multi-purpose/aerobics room, locker rooms (men's and women's) each with a sauna and fitness areas with state-of-the-art strength training and cardio equipment! This waterfront golf resort community offers a quiet escape just minutes to the beach with exceptional accommodations and fantastic amenities, including a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, three outdoor pools, kids' splash zone, on-site snack & tiki bars. fitness center with outdoor tennis, basketball and sand volleyball courts, stocked ponds, community pier, seasonal kayaking., nature trails with observation towers and The Freeman Stage at Bayside. (hosting a full slate of summer entertainment including live dancing, music and children's programming).

Note: Bayside charges an optional per person fee for guests ages 5 and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the pools, tennis and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year. The local Vacasa team will reach out to you prior to your arrival to arrange for this payment.

*Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

This home was clean, comfy and in a great location! Guest passes were not included in the reservation but worth the purchase to access all pools, gym, indoor pool, and other amenties!

Only concerns I had was the garage door needs repair, light bulbs need replacement and access to the garage along with the front door would make your stay easier!

Nice, spacious house, but very apparent that the cleaning crew did nothing to clean floors, countertops or other areas.
