Just listed for 2020 rentals! Walk to Bayside's Sun Ridge Recreation & Tennis Center amenities from this three-story 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath resort townhome! This resort retreat's first level features a bedroom and a full bath, while the second floor is home to the main living area with the living room, well-equipped kitchen and dining room and a half bath. The remaining three bedrooms - including the master suite (with its own separate shower and tub) - and an additional full bath occupy the top floor. Two front porches too! This facility is home to a heated 75-foot, five-lane indoor pool, hot tub, multi-purpose/aerobics room, locker rooms (men's and women's) each with a sauna and fitness areas with state-of-the-art strength training and cardio equipment! This waterfront golf resort community offers a quiet escape just minutes to the beach with exceptional accommodations and fantastic amenities, including a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, three outdoor pools, kids' splash zone, on-site snack & tiki bars, fitness center with outdoor tennis, basketball and sand volleyball courts, stocked ponds, community pier, seasonal kayaking.

Note: Bayside charges an optional per person fee for guests ages 5 and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the pools, tennis and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year. The local Vacasa team will reach out to you prior to your arrival to arrange for this payment.

*Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

A great place to stay. Multi-generational family was very comfortable in this house. The house was near the pool, playground and green space. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking family meals. House was very well kept and clean.

We loved everything about the place and would recommend it to anyone. Clean, beautiful, updated and cozy. Close to the beach and great restaurants. Lots to do in the community and and the pool was fabulous.

Location and property was not bad. Up keep and maintenance very poor. Ants all over the kitchen, toilet did not flush properly, garbage not emptied, floor was sticky when we arrived, dirty dishes in the cabinets and vent fell off of microwave when we used it.
