In the community of Clearwater (with its outdoor pool and tennis courts) just a little more than two miles to Bethany Beach, this one-story 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath vacation getaway features a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom, two bedrooms (including the master suite with a half bath of its own) and a rear half-covered, half open deck. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more await.  2 flat-screen TVs, gas grill, outdoor shower, Wifi. Notes: The fireplace and kayak are not available for guest use. There is parking for two cars only.

This place needs a lot of repairs
Would not recommend this property until Vacasa steps in and gets items fixed as noted in the comments I sent to management
