Delightful, family friendly home with private hot tub & firepit - dogs welcome!
Come in and relax! This home is equipped for everything a family (and the family dog!) needs to relax. Step inside and walk through the naturally decorated sunroom. Keep walking and you'll find yourself in the living room featuring a massive cornered couch and museum-style shelving. Local artwork is on display throughout, including over the shuffleboard table. Just past the doors lies the private hot tub, perfect for a soak after a long day of walking the trails. This can also be directly accessed from the main bedroom that offers a mounted TV that swivels so you can watch your favorite shows while soaking in bliss. Of course, if there's remote work or schooling that needs to be completed, the workspace in the loft is perfect for getting it done and the second guest bedroom has a Murphy bed that converts to a desk. Ceiling fans in the loft, the main bedroom, and the dining area will help keep everyone comfortable. The kids can bring their gaming consoles along too, as the loft has a monitor available. The full kitchen down the hall has room for everyone to come together and cook something delicious. Enjoy a meal outside around the firepit or cook up some additional treats on the private gas grill. No need to worry about the dog - there is a dog door in place and the backyard is enclosed. Throw some darts at the light-up dartboard and relax. It's time to spend time together!

This was a great place exactly how it was pictured. It was a perfect home base for exploring a lot of areas around Flagstaff.

The family really enjoyed this place. Wonderful charm and space. Close to mountain bike trails and nice neighborhood to walk through. Entry area to house was nice for both dogs and shoes. Overall we had a great time and plan to stay again in the future.

This is a beautiful and well maintained home with plenty of room to spread out and relax. We loved staying here, and would definitely come back! Day trips to the Grand Canyon and Sedona made it an ideal location! Thank you!

A charming, comfortable, very clean house with plenty of amenities (outdoor hot tub, grill and lots of patio seating, table shuffleboard, many large-screen TVs, plenty of towels, comfy seating, fully equipped kitchen.) A good stay.

What a comfy home to base ourselves as we day tripped to the Grand Canyon and Sedona. A highlight was seeing an Albert’s squirrel in the backyard. TVs conveniently located.

Loved the space, shuffle board, hot tub, and outdoor gas fireplace. Fun place for a family and liked having a washer and dryer.

Beautiful place!! Super spacious, perfect for family gatherings. The only thing I didn’t particularly appreciate is taking out other people’s trash out on trash day especially given it’s Covid. But other than that, I’d definitely come back to this beauty!

This home had everything we needed - lots of space with 2 living areas, basically 4 bedrooms with the nice loft, a nice front sitting area and a back patio. Great location, and the staff was attentive to any of our needs.

We stayed here for 3 nights in October at had a fantastic time. Came to visit one of our kids at NAU and this was the perfect house for hanging out. Super comfortable inside, lots of space and a very peaceful seating/firepit/bbq area outside in a private yard that our dog enjoyed. Well stocked kitchen made cooking a breeze and the house is super clean all around :) Great place!

Great home, in a perfect location in flagstaff. We had 6 people and we fit all very comfortable. They had a cute backyard area where you can hang out at night. They also had a lot of kitchen amenities which was good for cooking.

We stayed here for a week with our dog and loved it. The house was spacious, clean, and very well outfitted. There were only two of us so it was much bigger than we needed, it could sleep 3-4 couples comfortably. Our dog loved the enclosed yard.
The hot tub was a highlight. It has a fence that provides privacy from the neighbors which was nice. It was plenty big for the two of us, but it does seem a little smaller than your average hot tub so large groups would probably have to take turns.
The gas grill in the back yard was great, and it's even hooked up to a gas line so there's no worry of running out of propane.
The location was good, though it's fairly suburban so expect to drive to get most places. It was close to the edge of the suburb which was nice, it felt like we were close to the mountains/woods.
There were a couple minor weird things about the house: The shower in the master bathroom is too small. The lighting throughout the house is a little weird: too many different light switches everywhere but still not quite enough light in many parts of the house.
Thank you for your feedback, Owen. We are pleased you enjoyed your stay. We will be sure to bring your comments to the attention of the local staff and the owners. We look forward to hosting you again very soon!
